Carolyn McCarthy Shares Her Knowledge of Firearms

Among the many things Congresscretin Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) wants restricted by omnipotent government are firearms with barrel shrouds — the ventilated covering that allows you to hold the barrel when it's hot. Here she displays her utter ignorance of what a barrel shroud is:
