When you have to avoid the truth and come up with a non-answer, you get this blabbering. Add the fact that he cannot do it, it just prolongs the torture of him looking for a coherent thought.

Gee, if he hd substituted "you know" for "uhhh" he could be the product of the Chicago public school system. May he should combine them and there would be no time to say anything - which seems to be the whole point. Well, not the whole point. Gibbs is so bad he makes his boss look like a cross between Daniel Webster and Demosthenes. Which goes to show you can too polish a turd.

I counted "uh" one hundred and twenty-four times in 10 minutes. Thats a little more than one "uh" every six seconds. I think its time for the uh man to uh decide to uh take a uh course in uh public uh speaking.....
