The Price to Be Paid by Greedy Bureauweenies
Remember New York Governor David Paterson's preposterously greedy $121.1 billion tax plan, whereby he planned to raises taxes on soda, beer, iTunes, taxi rides, movies, et cetera ad nauseam? Not long before releasing the plan, his approval rating was 51%. Now it's at 26% and falling fast.
Polling data show that Mr. Obama's approval rating is dropping and is below where George W. Bush was in an analogous period in 2001. Rasmussen Reports data shows that Mr. Obama's net presidential approval rating — which is calculated by subtracting the number who strongly disapprove from the number who strongly approve — is just six, his lowest rating to date. …
The reason for this decline most likely has to do with doubts about the administration's policies and their impact on peoples' lives. There is also a clear sense in the polling that taxes will increase for all Americans because of the stimulus, notwithstanding what the president has said about taxes going down for 95% of Americans. …
As for Chairman Zero's plans to radically expand the size and scope of the federal government:
Only less than a quarter of Americans believe that the federal government truly reflects the will of the people.
The media can dupe some people into voting for a socialist (not that anyone voted for Paterson). But it can't dupe them into liking what he does to them.

Today Rasmussen's show Zero's approval at +4, an all time low. Only a matter of time before he hits the negative numbers....
Sinking... sinking....

They provide a trend at Rasmussen, so you can make a graph in your spare time. It's a lovely looking ski slope.
I wonder who REALLY believed that 95% hokum. I didn't, and I'm not buying his all-of-a-sudden cheerleading now. Who does he think he's talking to? Personally, I didn't flunk my Econ 101.
The blind man belongs to me. Let's see if we can do better in 2010. Ya know, I can't believe anybody's left in NYC. Adding all the city crap onto the already bloated state tax, and you might be lucky to come home with 2 bits. And, you can't even take a nice drag on a cig, or bite into something sinfully delicious, because Nanny Mike will slap them out of your hand.

You beat me to it Rob Banks.
I was gonna say the same thing.
I have his falling approval rating as my desktop wallpaper.
