Separated at Birth?
I knew tax cheat Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner looked familiar. Remember That Yellow Bastard from Sin City?

Good thing Turbo Tax Tim always wears that look of being in helplessly over his head. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to tell them apart.
On a tip from Jay O.

In Dr Strangelove, Peter Sellers in the character of Dr Strangelove has the affectation of a little smile and tilting his chin close to his chest and looking out through his eyebrows. I think that this character and Geithner (Toxic Tim) have this half mad look down perfectly.

From what far away planet do you suppose those two creeps came from?

It's amazing what a lot of makeup and good lighting can do.

Spurwing, I take it you've never seen 'Sin City'?
The Yellow Bastard character isn't an alien, he's more or less human, just extremely disfigured as a result of what Bruce Willis' character did to him in the beginning of the movie.

Barney, is that you? We decline your offer and suggest you contact your colleagues on the finance committee for such services. This rant is not as obscene or even as nonsensical as your speeches on national finance but such language as this would tend to make one believe that this along with other aspects of your personal attributes could give even sodomy a bad name.

aaaahhhh! Snowsnake, I HATE that look of Toxic's. Combine it with those preposterous forehead wrinkles and those stupid, pseudo-intellectual hand gestures and his condescending, self-superior attitude.......My God how I hate this guy!

Geithner's signature is now appearing on new currency.
This guy came up with a great idea:
