Prototype Tested for New Government Car

You would think this guy would get a break for driving a vehicle that looks like the eco-cars GM will be producing when it's run by the government:
A Ohio man has been charged with drunken driving after crashing a makeshift motorized bar stool he had rigged together, authorities said.
Police in Newark, located 30 miles east of Columbus, said when they responded to a report of a crash with injuries on March 4 at about 5:40 p.m., they found a man who had wrecked a bar stool powered by a deconstructed lawn mower.
Kile Wygle, 28, who was hospitalized with minor injuries, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he told an officer that he had chugged down 15 beers. …
Wygle told police his motorized stool can go at a top speed of 38 mph.
Isn't 38 mph about the same top speed as a Smart Car? Chairman Zero is probably interviewing Wygle now for the empty top slot at GM. When his vehicle is mass produced and subsidized, they'll call it the Kennedy.

Prototype for the new GM Kennedy.
On a tip from Wiggins.
