Obamination Administration Preferentially Hiring Muslims

I know what the problem is with our government: there aren't enough Muslims at the top of the bureaucracy. Not to worry though, B. Hussein is on top of the problem:

In a bid to get more Muslim Americans working in the Obama administration, a book with resumes of 45 of the nation's most qualified — Ivy League grads, Fortune 500 executives and public servants, all carefully vetted — has been submitted to the White House.
The effort, driven by community leaders and others, including U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., was bumped up two weeks because White House officials heard about the venture, said J. Saleh Williams, program coordinator for the Congressional Muslim Staffers Association, who sifted through more than 300 names.

No doubt many will find their way into national security positions, where their objectives will encounter no resistance whatsoever from the likes of Crappy Nappy Napolitano.

A little more of that vaunted Obama transparency that characterizes our new government:

"It was mostly under the radar," Williams said. "We thought it would put (the president) in a precarious position. We didn't know how closely he wanted to appear to be working with the Muslim American community."

On the bright side, white males no longer have to pretend to be homosexual to qualify as more equal than the other animals. Just convert to Islam and you too can be on the fast track to a government job.

On a tip from jomama.

I swear there are no more barriers of defense between you and the terrorists and other foreign threats, except your guns and your will.

...all carefully vetted

Uh huh, just like all of BHO's other nominees. They'll never see the light of day.

It's not at all surprising that Obama is in favor of equality over quality, preferring a racial or religious balance to finding the best talent for the job, whatever their background. At least he can hold his head high when he visits our enemies in the Middle East, and our erstwhile allies in Britainistan, Germanistan, and France(istan?).

Lettin' the fox guard the henhouse, eh?

Sounds about right.

Practice countermoonbattery, I do. Cruel and mean? Since they will not shake hands with a woman (me), they'd never get to the first sentence of a job interview. Muslims look down on women and blacks, and I could not have that type in my business network.

carefully vetted?

Were they laughing when they said that?

I see affirmative action is alive and well in the O-man's Administration. He has to have some Muslims too.

Fair enough. I heard some Wiccans, Atheists, and Hindus are all looking for a job, too.

Oh…almost forgot… some hatemongering, intolerant group called Christians want a shot too.

"mostly under the radar" must be liberal code for transparecy.

Why do they need to be vetted? I mean. after all, we don't even know for a fact that BHO is even an American citizen and he is 'president'.

We are through the looking glass.

But the Constitution says that no RELIGIOUS test shall be given to those seeking public office! I'm sure this means those who seek government JOBS too. But I'm certain that the Liberals will protest the obvious imposition of church upon government.

RIGHT, LIBERALS? You can start protesting NOW!

You're killin' me. At no point in the article, or VanH's cherry-picked excerpts, did it mention one syllable about it being requested from the White House. Less reflexive use of stereotypes and more exercise of the think-muscle, please. Under the heading "you can't win with people" check out the story about Muslims' fraying relationship with the FBI. Even Muslims who are interested in helping defend against extremists are being targeted by the FBI. Where's your civil liberties outrage??

Explain how "being requested from the White House" excuses the apparent lack of transparency, or the fact that this is discriminatory employment based on religious preferences.

Fat Stanley :
"Part of the controversy stems from the FBI's decision to cut off relations with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) after the Islamic civil rights organization was listed as a unindicted co-conspirator in the terrorist funding trial of the Holy Land Foundation."

MY MORAL OUTRAGE METER JUST PEGGED 5,000 POINTS HOW DARE THE FBI CUT OFF RELATIONS WITH AN ORGANIZATION THAT HAS SUSPECTED TIES TO TERRORISM. THIS IS SPAAAAAAAATA.
