Whether this former journalist worked for the San Fransicko Comical, The Schlocky Mountain Blues, the Seattle Compost-Intelligenceless, or the Houston Comical could not be confirmed.

The "Schlocky Mountain News" as you call it was by far more conservative than the Denver Post. Granted, the reporters were all pretty liberal - how many reporters can you name who aren't? - but the Opinion and Editorial pages were balanced. If anything, conservative opinion had a slight edge in the Rocky. It was the readers who went more and more liberal. Liberal Californians moved here after ruining their own state, and now they're out to ruin Colorado.
