Chairman Zero Goes Off Teleprompter
True, Obama isn't very good at his day job. But he'd better not quit it just yet if last night's foray into comedy is any indication. While the economy tailspins toward depression, our Community Organizer in Chief was on the Jay Leno show, cracking jokes about the disabled:
Toward the end of the interview on Thursday, Obama told host Jay Leno he's been practicing at the White House's bowling alley but wasn't happy with his score of 129.
Leno complimented Obama on the score, but the president quipped, "It was like the Special Olympics or something," which prompted laughter from the audience.
Fortunately he could count on the audience to laugh on cue, no matter how oafish his attempted jokes. Imagine if a Republican dropped a bomb like that. The ensuing silence would be heard in outer space — until the next morning, when the media would begin to shriek.

I think he just alienated another of his core constituencies.

Another classic. Thanks for the laugh. It's getting more difficult to find things to laugh about as the sun sets on our dear Republic.

I am very disappointed to hear that Obama ridiculed the mentally challenged on national television. I used to work with such clients and there are many, many Down Syndrome people (and others with similar disabilities) that live full, productive lives.
Shame on you, Mr. President.

Given the Kennedy family started the Special Olympics, I wonder their reaction to Chairman 0's latest buffoonery.

After he said it, did he says "sounding like Stever Urkel" -------- "DID I DO THAAAAAAAAAATTTT???"
If G W Bush had said that, the newspapers would have run out of ink printing front page articles about it.
Obama seems to be acting like he is still on the campaign trail. What a goofball.

Disgusting. As someone with a few mild disabilities, I can't stand when jerks like him make jokes about the disabled.

M'chel Obama has a downright mean husband.

Did anyone catch the beginning of the interview when Obama was talking about his caravan? He said something about the limo, the ambulance, the caboose, and so on and on. Then he said the "submarine?"
“Submarine” doesn’t that go under the water? What is it doing in his procession? He clueless. It wasn’t even funny.

I'm surprised to hear that he still has the bowling alley. I would have thought, given his showing at bowling during the campaign, that it would have been the first thing that gets changed. Maybe the girls are learning to bowl?

Do you know that even over at the Democratic Underground, some are expressing disgust at Dear Leader? (Of course, not all, others say "what's the big deal?") One guy even said "Just checking in to see how you're defending Obama, who can do no wrong." Guess he'll be banned.

Special Olympians have more class than the President of the United States and they bowl better too.

Dear God... has this stumped the protector trolls who defend his every action? Nah... they're just consulting the DU to see what is the standard defense for The One's screw up this time around.

One fitting quote is:
"A modest sensible and well bred man,
Will not insult me,
And no other can."
But a better one is:
"He doth like the ape, that the higher he clymbes the more he shows his arse."

What a friggin dope. I don't think he could qualify for the special olympics.
