What's in a Name?

It just keeps on happening. Now Yahoo makes the Freudian slip that defines a presidency:

Obama-Bin-Laden.jpg

Chairman Zero would still be a junior Senate backbencher if he didn't have a name with such visceral subconscious appeal for the Democrat base. But the real Osama never dreamed of doing the damage to this country President Pencilneck has already set underway.

On a tip from Burning Hot.

wonder if he's any kin to Osama Lin Biden? overheard that one the other day at a store checkout from a local moonbat. she even repeated it chatting with her equally clueless moonbat friend and didn't even realize what she said. umm, but they never do, do they?

in Yahoo's case, was it a Fraudian or Freudian slip? ;) reeko

Following your logic, VH, we have Ted "Osama Obama" Kennedy to thank for closing the deal w/the Obots. Now our country going into the drink, just like a poor innocent woman locked in a recklessly driven car.

OK, not so innocent perhaps - she chose the driver.

So exactly when will The Anointed Drunk Driver climb out and abandon us to save himself?

Has anybody asked if Osama is offended by the repeated use of his picture and "The One's" name

Wonder if that would qualify for Failblog?

The two major Osama/Obama Freudian slips made so far were both by liberal networks that wholeheartedly supported Obama. The reactionary, terrorism-fearmongering neocon racist Muslim-haters at Faux Noise have yet to conflate Osama and Obama. Sarah Palin was racist for noting the completely true and proven fact that Obama "palled around" with a self-admitted domestic terrorist. She never mixed his name up with OBL's.

I am sure that all this says something about journalistic and editorial standards -- I can't for the life of me think what it could be though.

It's almost as if Democrats, the media, and the left in general, are betraying the fact that they consider radical Islam a lesser enemy than conservative Christian Republica...

No, that couldn't be true, could it?
