The Dow finished down 382 points on the day. Investors know Porkulus is no stimulus package.

Could the good citizens of Maine, if you have a single collective brain in your heads, cast out the two dim-witted Democrats (in all but name) you've elected, and re-elected, to the Senate for the last eternity, please? Wish there was something we, in the rest of the country, could actually do about them, but I'm afraid it's entirely up to you way up there in the Northeast corner of the country.
Specter, now, should be crushed in his primary run come 2010 -- good-bye, so long, f--- you! You had your chance, Arlen, after Bush, et al., threw over the conservative candidate and helped you in 2004 (after you begged for that help, and promised to be a Republican, for once), and you blew it, big-time. Good riddance . . .
