Tax Cheat Nancy Killefer Withdraws
From the list of tax cheats who will fill top positions in the Obama Administration, we can subtract Nancy Killefer:
An Obama administration official says Nancy Killefer is withdrawing her candidacy to be the first chief performance officer for the federal government. …
When her selection was announced by President Barack Obama on Jan. 7, The Associated Press disclosed that in 2005 the District of Columbia government had filed a more than $900 tax lien on her home for failure to pay unemployment compensation tax on household help.
Too bad tax cheats Timothy Geithner and Tom Daschle didn't show enough shame to withdraw. But at least Daschle's nomination may get sunk, like fellow crook Bill Richardson's.
Chairman Zero certainly has changed the culture in Washington, as promised. If Bush 43 and Co. had half as many ethical problems, MSM talking heads would have blown out their vocal cords.

At last, as the Reverend Wright would say, a few of those "chickens" are a'commmmin' home to roost!
Little Nancy's phone musta been ringing off the hook. "Hello, Nancy, sweetie, this is Barack. Seems the folks are gettin' a little upset 'bout all this tax stuff. We need to talk. "

Remember how the left howled over the so-called lack of vetting of Palin? Tax cheats, ex-Clintonistas, and lobbyists....welcome to change you can believe in.

She gave up over $900? When Geithner owed $34000 and Daschle $146000? Why do I get the feeling that the crooks who have no shame are getting in, while the people who have a little decency left are the ones withdrawing?
Oh, wait, Daschle just pulled out. Maybe they do have some shame.

Down goes Daschle! Down goes Daschle!

TAX CHEATS WE CAN BELIEVE IN!
PORK WE CAN BELIEVE IN!
Honestly guys ... why does NONE of this even surprise me. This adminstration is a dud, we could see that from a mile away.
Kool-Aid drinkers, keep drinking. You'll need that to swallow down your Stimulus Pork Bill and Tax Cheat wheaties.
I can't wait another 6 months from now, when the moonbats start asking, "heeeeyyy where's my mortgage check?"

Have you ever seen an administration come apart so quickly?
Lady Jane Grey was Queen of England for nine days.
There was a Mexican President who served SEVENTEEN MINUTES durring the 1910 revolution.
President Obama has served less than two weeks and it's all threatening to fall down around him.
No, I'm not gloating; this is PAINFUL for any patriotic American to watch! But I'm sure that many Europeans ARE gloating; they have said for years that the US needs to be humiliated.

“Make no mistake, tax cheaters cheat us all, and the IRS should enforce our laws to the letter. ” Sen. Tom Daschle, Congressional Record, May 7, 1998, p. S4507.

Looks like "hope and change" is turning into "dopes and mange".

Obama promised this would be the most transparent administration in history.
"Hey Barack...be careful what you wish for!"
The left is now seeing just how much "change" they're going to get. I hope it sticks in their craw for the next four years...and it's going to get worse.
I give it six months before this administration is so bogged down in ineptness and scandle (and maybe a big terror attack that it can't handle) that by 2010, the voters will clean house BUT GOOD.

"Ooops, I forgot to pay my taxes".
How progressive!

Whatever happened to Rangel and his tax cheating!?
Anyone hear about the penalty or fine they have received, you know like they would do to us!

How much you want to bet this will be spun into positive press for these politicians? How long till CNN is telling us how noble it was for them to voluntarily step down instead of damaging the credibility of The One. I wonder if this was all pre-planned... hmmmm...

Now I see why dumbocrats don't mind raising taxes. They don't intend to pay them anyway!

"Obama: 'I screwed up' on Daschle appointment
President Barack Obama on Tuesday admitted he made a mistake in handling the nomination of Tom Daschle as his health and human services secretary, telling CNN's Anderson Cooper that Daschle's tax problems sent a message that the politically powerful are treated differently than average people. Daschle withdrew earlier Tuesday."
This from a guy who YESTERDAY said "he has my ABSOLUTE support". kind of flaky Barry.

I think there must be more to the Killefer story than what we've heard. After all, 900 bucks is small pickin's compared to Geithner's 45 grand of income tax evasion, and that asshat has been confirmed.
Could it be that the "household help" are illegal aliens? Hiring illegals seems to be a very popular practice among our greedy, elitist, especially Democrat, politicians.
