What a short memory you have, who was it the put through the fist stimulus package of 800 Billion, which 350Billion cant be accounted for, thats right the scum bag and war criminal George w bush the man who single handily took a the greatest country in the history of the world from surplus to to bankruptcy in 8 long years, re-wrote the constitution to suite his own personal needs over that of the American people.
