Barbara Pox-er wants UN to decide how Americans should raise their kids
Barbara Boxer is urging the U.S. to ratify a United Nations measure meant to expand the rights of children, a move critics are calling a gross assault on parental rights that could rob the U.S. of sovereignty.
The California Democrat is pushing the Obama administration to review the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child, a nearly 20-year-old international agreement that has been foundering on American shores since it was signed by the Clinton administration in 1995 but never ratified.

Barney Frank: Republicans Didn’t Applaud Obama for Fear of Limbaugh and Hannity
I seem to recall the media refusing to applaud Bush and the Democrats staying seated and silent during every Bush State of the Nation address except for 2002 and when troops were being mentioned.
Who were they afraid of?

"Cartels in Mexico's drug war get guns from US"
http://www.fox11az.com/news/topstories/stories/kmsb20090127jc-cartels-mexico-drug-war.b4f33e8.html
"Authorities don't know how many firearms are sneaked across the border, but the ATF says more than 7,700 guns sold in America were traced to Mexico last year, up from 3,300 the year before and about 2,100 in 2006."
Good work Angry White Guys!

Anon @ 10:43 PM
Nearly all the guns the cartels use are smuggled into Mexico from the U.S., and officials say a small number of corrupt American weapons dealers are making the gun running possible.
These are criminals, you 'ijit'.
Not law abiding gun owners or gun dealers.
There is a world of difference between them.
I know there is little room for such 'sweeping' distinctions in your puny liberal brain but do try to not embarrass yourself further.

School theatre director wants to impose homosexual indoctrination on kids through play
Ron Martin, the theater teacher and director here at Corona del Mar High School, found out just how controversial “Rent” can be. It was canceled after he chose the student version for the spring musical, hoping that it would counter what he saw as creeping homophobia on this Orange County campus. A recent video on Facebook, featuring Corona del Mar students using gay slurs, had upset faculty and parents, and some teachers reported that they had heard slurs at school.
“This is the first time I’ve chosen a show for the high school because I had an agenda,” Mr. Martin said. “In this instance, having an agenda as a teacher didn’t give me pause. My job is to give my students life skills. Discrimination is wrong on all levels.”

I don't think the picture is accurate. Obams is made out to be the smart pig with the brick house. That nimrod would build his house out of arugula. "Um, err... try to, umm, blow this one... err... down"

Chris Matthews, “Oh, God,” and “Thrills Up His Leg”
In case anyone missed it, I had to update an earlier article regarding the anonymous mutterer at Gov. Bobby Jindal’s response to the president’s speech Tuesday night:
UPDATE: This just in: Apparently, it was none other than MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, shown here sporting his sweet smile, who muttered, “Oh, God” as Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal entered the room to present the Republican point of view on Obama’s speech last night: http://www.zimbio.com/Chris+Matthews/articles/55/Chris+Matthews+Quips+Oh+God+Live+Mic+Jindal
It still isn’t known whether Matthews, who is NOT suspected of being gay, felt that same thrill run up his leg–or whatever ran up his leg–when he was in Obama’s presence. I somehow doubt it.
His precise words, not muttered, at the time of the leg thrill: “I have to tell you, you know, it’s part of reporting this case, this election, [the election was a “case?] the feeling most [most?] people get when they hear Barack Obama’s speech. My, I felt this thrill going up my leg. I mean, I don’t have that too often:” http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/02/13/chris-matthews-i-felt-t_n_86449.html.
Mr. Matthews, Obama not only has caused thrills to run up your leg, but you have cried over his speeches and have compared him to Jesus Christ. I’m no shrink. However, I seriously believe you’re in need of immediate psychiatric attention, or maybe medical attention to check on a possible bladder disorder. It could have been something running down, not up, your leg. It’s great that you don’t have it too often.
“Prayer or Bias at MSNBC,” (http://www.genelalor.com/blog1/?p=868) and
On reconsideration, I felt that update could be misinterpreted and therefore resolved to be fairer to liberalism’s fair-haired boy. The focus here is not intended to be biographical, so anyone interested in Chris Matthews personal background can refer to Wikipedia, or some other reliable source.
This IS intended as a brief commentary on this man’s recent utterances, some of which give cause for great concern, for him, for his employers at MSNBC, and for the people who listen to and watch him who still believe Matthews is in complete possession of his faculties.
Chris Matthews, born Christopher Matthews ten days after Pearl Harbor, is, as my belated mother used to say, “a niceIrish boy.” All boys of Irish extraction were niceIrish, (one word), to mom. Somehow, out of mindless ambition or due to some other...

"I know there is little room for such 'sweeping' distinctions in your puny liberal brain but do try to not embarrass yourself further." (of course you mean to accuse me of "sweeping generalizations" but you didn't get the words quite right).
Thats a laugh!
Sweeping generalizations are the essence of MoonBattery.com... Obama, Liberals, Democrats or (fill in the blank) are responsible for all the worlds ills ... the majority of you people are utterly ridiculous in your accusations and beliefs and all the poles currently show that Americans are not as clueless as you think but I do hope you keep at it, and I'm here to help by making more ridiculous accusations and push you over the evolutionary cliff... let Rush speak for you... please keep Sarah in the limelight with Bobbie J. Dig your own graves.
Or you could join the human race. Thats the problem ...you people just flat out hate 90% of the human race.

...just a bit from todays words of hate from VanHelsing
but the real proof of VanHelsings and therefore Moonbatteryvilles blackened soul is his "clever" photoshopping, which is improving by the way, and we all know a picture is worth a thousand words.
Then just read the threads...it's all there.
And you people expect to have a serious debate?? Thats on other blogs where people are actually trying to understand each other... this is one of those hate blogs.
I forgot to add, there's 5% margin of error. Of course, I'm also relying on my "gut-brain" and communications from above....like W.

"...and all the poles currently show that Americans are not as clueless as you think"
I don't particularly care what they think of Americans in Warsaw. Now, as far as what Americans think in the POLLS, I took a peek at Rasmussen today:
54% of Americans say "no bailouts for ANYBODY".
At the time of the "Immaculate Ascension" on 1/20, the Presidential Approval index was floating at or just under +30. It's now in the +14-16 range.
The percentage of Americans who believe the US and its' allies are winning the war on terror has fallen from 62% to 47% in the last two weeks.
" In early October, as the meltdown of the financial industry gained momentum following the collapse of Lehman Brothers, a Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 59% of U.S. voters agreed with Ronald Reagan that 'government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem.'
Since then, the stock market has fallen roughly 3,000 points, millions of jobs have been lost, nearly a trillion dollars has been spent so far to bail out the financial industry, an additional $787-billion government stimulus package has been approved, and a new president has taken office who has proposed spending billions and billions more.
Despite all that, a new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey shows that the basic views of the American people have not change: 59% of voters still agree with Reagan’s inaugural address statement. Only 28% disagree, and 14% are not sure."
Dig you own graves.
...he said, from the bottom of the Porkzilla hole, shovel in hand...
Or you could join the human race.
Do you mean the race to jump off the cliff into the socialist abyss? No thanks.
Thats the problem ...you people just flat out hate 90% of the human race.
I don't think we 'hate' anybody, unless they're trying to run our lives for us, steal from us, or send off for 're-education'. Then we get pretty pissed off. Left alone, we don't go out and hunt people for fun.
As long as we're tossing out bullshit statistics, I think that you people have such a low opinion of your fellow citizens, you think 90% of them are helpless children who need a Dear Leader to run their lives for them (oh, and cut you in on the loot while they're at it). From there it's a very short step into dehumanizing them entirely & cattle cars headed east.
Perhaps you, sir (or Madam, or whatever), should consider trying to join the human race as an equal and not an elitist overlord-wannabe. Look up "Kip's Law" sometime.

"Kip's Law"
Intelligent, well thought out, and without all the hatred and calls for death... thanks for the source!
Posted by: Anonymous at February 26, 2009 1:31 PM
Hatred & calls for death? I was warning you about your own sides' calls for such throughout history. I can, however, see that you're about as open-minded as the average leftist... which means I'm talking to a head of cabbage. A seething, envious, hateful head of cabbage who hates everyone except good ol' Chef Obama who promised you everything and is, even now, sharpening the knife and heating up his borscht pot.
The cabbage is thinking, "ooh, goody, I get my free hot tub! Thanks, Chairman, for taking it from those greedy rich bastards for me!"
"No problem", says the chef, "and let me introduce you to Mr. Beet and Mr. Turnip. They won the swooning competition at my last rally."
I don't hate you, whoever you are. I pity you for your ignorance. You fallen, hook, line, and sinker, for the same vacuous rhetoric and empty promises that fooled the chumps who followed Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Castro, et al. They, too, thought they were getting a central planner who thought just like themselves (ala 'Kip's Law'), and who would bring the "social justice", "progress", and "change" that they envisioned. All they ended up with was a dictator, and look where it got those poor people... even the ones lucky enough to survive the purges.
Don't worry, your precious "change" is coming. Unfortunately, it's chump change.
