Looter Suing Wal-Mart Still Shops There
Wal-Mart's prices are so good that just because the company is so negligent that you can't go into the garden center without getting bitten by a snake is no reason to stop shopping there.
A 42-year-old man bitten by a snake in a Pembroke Pines Wal-Mart garden center is suing the company for negligence.
Jay Richitelli says he is the third Floridian in three years to be attacked in a Wal-Mart by a pygmy rattler. … But he's been back to Wal-Mart several times, saying their prices are too good to shop elsewhere.
But if his suit is successful, Richitelli will be doing his shopping at Neiman Marcus — while the rest of us pay a little more at Wal-Mart to finance his fortune.
On a tip from Wiggins.

Most trial lawyers are snakes lower then a snake in a wagon rut and this scoundrel filing this stupid lawsuit is just what you might call the reverse version of THE GRASSHOPPER & THE ANT they just hire those reptilian lawyers

Living in Florida, I can say that trying to keep snakes out of a garden center is pretty much futile. Its unfortunate that the man was bitten, but I don't see what the store could have done. And like most Wal-Mart haters, he's back for more!
