Community Activist Rapes 11-Year-Old
Whereas some community activists get to rape the whole country, others have to settle for little kids.
A community activist who once ran for mayor of Erie [Pennsylvania] must be treated to determine if he's mentally competent for trial on charges he raped an 11-year-old girl.
Authorities say Rubin Swift, 34, raped the girl repeatedly in 2006 and 2007. He's also accused of insurance fraud for allegedly faking a stolen car report and trying to get medical benefits using bogus identification and medical records. …
A judge ordered the mental health treatment yesterday at the request of Swift's attorney.
Swift ran for mayor of Erie in 2004. He once raised money for the homeless by living in a plywood shanty in downtown Erie and walked to Washington, D.C. to protest high gasoline prices in 2004.
Swift might have angled for a presidential pardon from his fellow community activist. But Chairman Zero would consider his protesting high gas prices to be not too swift. So he's laying the groundwork for an insanity defense, which ought to work well for him, given his history of escaping from mental institutions.
Maybe Obama will use the same defense after the economy inevitably collapses as a result of his gargantuan Cloward-Piven spending spree. Or maybe the fools who voted for him will.

Rapist convicted with incontrovertible evidence? One appeal then the firing squad. No needles, no midnight vigils not even an annoucement of the execution date. Call his next of kin to tell them to pick up the body else it goes into the prison graveyard.
