Why do you think Israel would attack Gaza? Is it for their national treasure? Is it because Israel wants all of the scientific discoveries that are being made by Hamas intellectuals? Is it because Israel wants that sand pit of territory? Israel was more than happy to give it away, so why the hell attack? What’s there that you want? You want the oil deposits? There aren’t any. That map is a bit of an exaggeration, the range of rockets used by Hamas is more like 15 miles but the map shows 350-400 miles.

Now if SCUDs missiles were used the map would be correct - but Hamas doesnt have those (yet).

Never the less, if any rockets were hitting US soil from Mexico, Im sure the US wouldnt be sitting back taking it - they would just send in some B-52's and A-10s along with some attack helicopters to mop up.

Heres the offical IDF map which indicates maximum range of 70km or 43 miles. Though most rockets are the smaller ones.

It's not absolute miles, it's a matter of proportion. The land area shaded in the USA is proportional to the land area of Israel that is under rocket attack.

Yup, I researched it properly. I think the Brits have basically not forgiven the Israelis for the period between the 1920s and the end of WW2, when Israel was declared. Basically they encouraged Immigration of Jews to Israel, but then some hardline factions turned on the Brits, when they figured it was as good as theirs. The Jews basically did a little fighting once well established, but the cold and real truth of the formation of Israel is that it was literally bought and I'm afraid all too many Palestinians were all too willing to sell. If this short period in world history is the reason for Britain and the BBC (and other Channels and so on are about the same), being generally so blatantly anti-Israel and pro-Palestine then they ought to get ovewr it. It was a long time ago. We get on with Germans, French, Italians and a whole host of others that we did far more fighting with in history and there seems far more forgiveness for them than the jewish people, who have far more and far more frequently been victims. I think it is weird, very vvery weird to say the least for a Country that takes so much monumental pride in havaing defeated the Nazis and in no way supporting the likes of the Russian Pogorms. Wierd, wierd, wierd this anti-Israel and anti-Jew thing that still spouts out of Britain, despite the fact that it is not jews constantly berating, threatening and attacking us, but Muslims. I am truly amazed that Britain on the whole and its voicepieces like the BBC, still seem to have such underlying dislike of Israel and the Jews.

With Germany and those who supported her and the Russians in their times of Jew Persecution, dislike and even hatred of Israel is more obvious. Mossad has hunted down many and old Nazi and got assets away from their families and they have probably gone after and got pro-Nazi French and so on too and they have probably even got revenge on Russian and other Persecutors of Jews from the last Century. Regular and sometimes aggressive anti-Jew sentiments from much of Europe are there and far more logical than those from Britain.

However, Britain always had its Nazi sympathisers didn't it. Perhaps the likes Aryans like Tony Benn, George Galloway and Annie Lennox (with her striking blond hair and blue eyes) are not do-gooders at all but raving Nazis. I mean look at then marching on the streets of the democratic world with hordes of authoritarian totalitarian following jew hating Palestinians and other Muslims.

Israel is one Country the size of Wales. The Muslims have the 22 directly surrounding Countries, both Sunni and Shi'a (While they agree on little constructive with each other, the one thing they do argee with is Jew hating). Supporting the Palestinians who are part of the Muslim league to eradicate Israel (They would tomorrow if they could), can only mean you are one thing. I think it is high time our Government and others rooted out these Nazi Jew hating Celebrities and their supporters and gave them years of hard labour.

If they ever push Israel into the sea, just at the end some hunchbacked little old guy is going to totter over to some biohazard refrigerator in some level 5 biocontaminant room and take out a flask. He will wander out to the front of the building, throw a few handfuls of bread and bird seed on the steps and pour the contents of the flask out on the steps. It will be some kind of bioengineered e coli that has the genetics for some kind of human transmitted, 100% lethal virus and bacteria--maybe two or three antibiotic resistant types. I wonder how much further the red line would extend in the South West, on the map, if the porportion of land mass to include Alaska was used in ratio instead of relative range? I think the red area would be a bit larger.

Well… if Mexico lobbed rockets into San Diego… and IF Mexico were to build walls winding through the streets of the United States designed to separate us from them... and IF Mexico cut off our supply lines to food and medical aid… and IF Mexico controlled our air space… and IF Mexico periodically assassinated our appointed representatives… and IF Mexico cut off our access to our own shores…

… we would do nothing. Because IF Mexico COULD do all of that we would be to weak to do anything about it. In fact we would probably be content with the fact that only a few rockets were lobbed our way.

But Mexico CAN’T do all of that.

Soooo… in response to them lobbing rockets we would be forced to defend ourselves. The most certain way to do that would be to slaughter those who were doing the lobbing. Now if that means innocent women and children die so be it. Wars will be fought.

But lest we never forget this – for every innocent woman and child slaughtered we would surely create ten times more of those who lob rockets.

This comparison between Gaza and Mexico is unfair. As far as I know the U.S is not occupying any Mexican territories. Is that the case with Israel?! I think eveybody knows that it is NOT. Israel is occupying more than 75% of Palestine since decades. Hamas is the leading force and the most effective one in the Palesinian liberation process which has begun since 1988 in what is known as Intifada. It is a matter of one decade or hopefully less when Hamas will be able to liberate the Holy Muslim Land of Palestine. This is the only reason why the leaders of the occupation forces are dreaming to put an end to this liberation process lead by Hamas. A dream that will never come true.
