Hoaxer James Hansen Caught Peddling Phony Data Again

Top NASA bureaucreature and creepy global warming profiteer James Hansen presides over the GISS data set, which by some coincidence confirms Al Gore's unhinged bellowings that the planet has a fever, even though other data sets support our observations that it's actually getting colder. Another coincidence: Australian statistical expert David Stockwell, who specializes in detecting manipulation of data sets, finds that the GISS data has been fudged.

But then, it's not as if Hansen has never been caught peddling phony data before.

Duplicitous climate change creepazoid James Hansen.

Better not make Hansen mad or he will send the Spheres after you.

...not to mention that NASA has reported a "La Nina" event and overall cooling in the Pacific.

Oops, I forgot. It's "Global Climate Chaos Change Warmer/Cooler/Static" now.

What kind of geneticly enineered creature dose the resident mad scientist plan to release upon this unsuspecting world? HERE COME PLOVER FORCE TO SAVE THE DAY SQUAWK SQUAWK SQUAWK

Special good wishes and congratulations to James Hansen,

Thanks, Jim, for all you have been doing for many people over many years by speaking out loudly, clearly and often for the sake of protecting biodiversity from extinction, the environment from degradation, the Earth from wanton dissipation and the children from reckless endangerment.

Please note that not only does humanity face a challenge from human-forced climate destabilization, good scientific evidence of human population dynamics is also being all but universally ignored.

It seems somehow not quite right for the human family not to be actively encouraged to consider — and not to deny — the potentially profound implications of extant scientific evidence regarding the population dynamics of absolute global human population numbers. The research appears to indicate with remarkable clarity and utter simplicity that human population dynamics is essentially similar to the population dynamics of other species; that increases and decreases in absolute global human population numbers can be better understood as a function of food supply; and that human carrying capacity is primarily determined by food availability. The failure of able people with widely accepted knowledge of biology, population dynamics and the biophysical world to communicate openly, in an intellectually honest and morally courageous way, regarding the predicament presented to humanity by distinctly human-induced and -driven threats to human wellbeing, life as we know it, environmental health and Earth’s body from the unbridled growth of the human species now overspreading the surface of Earth is as unacceptable as it is unforgivable. The elective mutism of leading experts inside and outside the scientific community has to be replaced, I suppose, with more adequate, more reasonable, more sensible and readily available evidence of what could be real about the way the world in which we live actually works as well as about the “placement” of human beings within the order of living things. By so doing, the family of humanity can get about the necessary work of responding ably to the recognizably daunting global challenges which are looming ominously before us on the horizon.

Somehow, the human family will most assuredly find its way forward from “here and now” to a good enough and sustainable future for the children, coming generations and life as we know it in this wondrous planetary home we inhabit and call Earth.

Dear Dr. Salmony: You know, there is a solution for the "climate destabilization" you are decrying -- it's called Capitalism. As it makes no economic sense for anyone engaged in free market capitalism to despoil or otherwise fail to husband resources carefully (that ugly "profit motive" at work here), eradicating despotism and totalitarianism is the quickest and surest way to achieving stabilization. I know, we're just about to go down the road to despotism ourselves (soon enough, you won't have to worry about over-population in the USA, as people are going to start dying by the thousands from 40 degree below zero "global warming" with no fuel to provide them heat, or in turn, food to eat, but I digress).

Since "man-made" (read: American-made) climate change (the new mantra, since we're now in a global cooling period) is a gigantic hoax, intended to enrich algore and his minions, members of Congress, and the upcoming President and his colleagues, I choose to be a very proud AGW "denier," and will remain so in perpetuity.

Good luck with that "warming" thing, doc, as all of us freeze our asses off for the foreseeable future.

Obviously your Ph.D isn't in English grammar.

Aside from the worlds longest sentence (above), the incredibly smug, condescending attitude of the intellectual elite is truly repugnant to behold. Science is getting an irreparable black eye from "experts" who make pronouncements that can tank economies and TRULY damage the earth.

There is another thread here on MB about "unintended consequences" when non-native species are introduced into an eco-system. I suggest Dr. Salmony read it. The sentences don't tend to ramble, the language is plain and straightforward, the point is made concisely...but I still think he might understand it.

In case anybody wants to know, here's the nature of the kind of people who think Hansen is a great scientist:

Steve Salmony, PhD, MPA, is a psychological consultant for the North Carolina Disability Determination Service of the Social Security Administration. He is credited with founding of an Awareness campaign on Human Population Numbers. He wrote a dissertation, "Benefic Autonomy and Its Relationship to the Ego Ideal." A second paper published on group pressueres was titled, "The Appeal and Behavior of the Ku Klux Klan in Object Relations Perspective (with somebody named R. Smoke).

(see Appendix 3)

I don't see any evidence that he has particular training in geology, climatology, physics, or mathematics. In fact, his background seems about as adequate as Al Gore's for assessing the quality of Hansen's junk science.
