Prop 8: The Musical
Moonbat culture, disrespectful and nauseating as always:
It hasn't yet gotten through to progressives that most people still respect holy matrimony and would prefer not to see it officially defiled. Their best explanation for California's successful Proposition 8 banning the depraved concept of homosexual marriage continues to be a Christian conspiracy, which conveniently grants them a pretext to wallow in their antireligious bigotry all the more self-righteously.

CONSERVATISM IS DEAD

Hmmm. Evidently a large majority of voters in liberal-land disagree with pointy-headed little morons like you.
Posted by: Very Much Alive Conservative at December 3, 2008 9:24 PM
Yeahhhhh.... those fake Hollywood Bastards start chiming in after the election. Where were they before? They are just a bunch of washed out actors who belong back in "Community Theaters" looking for 5 minutes of fame. When was the last time you saw anyone there do a decent movie lately? They all suck! At least Americans were smart enough to say a big NO to gay marriage, now BO is another story.
CONSERVATISM IS GOING TO KICK SOME LIBERAL BITCH ASS!!!! DINO GOT PUNKED ON BY A GIRL!! ;)
Posted by: Chrissy at December 3, 2008 9:59 PM
DINO IS losing it. Unravelled completely, huh?
In regards to the movie:Expect this sort of garbage alot more from now on. And guess what? You'll probably be paying for it in "government grants."
Posted by: conservativeteen at December 3, 2008 10:21 PM
Dino is sounding more and more fascist every day, just like his liberal brethren.
You'll bury us, huh? Just like your fascist brother Hitler buried millions of Jews?
Posted by: Anonymous at December 3, 2008 11:11 PM
John C Reilly??!!
Posted by: shmwy at December 3, 2008 11:12 PM
P.S.
I'll only be impressed with these liberal idiots when they have the guts to take on Islam for stoning gays. Oh they wouldn't do that because the Muslims would actually slit their throats. It's easy to pick on Christians who sit back and take it.

Van,
As a long time reader and sometime commenter, I'd certainly be willing to put up with registration if it rids us of Dino.
As mindless, cretinous trolls go, he has no peer and is really making enjoying the normally insightful comments quite tedious. It's worse than putting up with a screaming three year old. They will at least grow up someday.
I know some enjoy his rantings, but he really is a one-note wonder. And that note closely imitates the sound of nails on a chalkboard.
I really do enjoy seeing COMMENT DELETED, but I'm getting tired of waiting half day or more to read current articles to give you time to clean up after his infantile droppings.

Poor brainstems! Your numbers keep dropping as your "victories" net you less and less, giving you rapidly diminishing margins of victory!
Posted by: DINO IS GOD at December 3, 2008 9:14 PM
Hey - what was Obama's vote total compared to John Kerry's again? I can't quite seem to recall..
Maybe if you brainstems could debate your way out of a tissue you might be able to grow a pair and combat a smart liberal.

Are you able to point us to where we might find such a rare and endangered creature?

Ohhhh Dino. You spam SAB, you spam Moonbattery, you spam other blogs.
It must be lonely in your pathetic little world. Is the anger of strangers the only human contact to you in this world, you pathetic little fascist?
Posted by: Kenny at December 4, 2008 12:53 AM
Obama won 52-48%.
Prop 8 won by....52-48%!
I guess the homosexuals were used to wipe the floor?
Posted by: Kenny at December 4, 2008 1:36 AM
Given the choice between attempting to persuade those who oppose gay marriage or mocking them so as to harden their opposition, the left chooses mockery. If striking poses of condescending superiority is counterproductive, so be it. They’re in this for the poses of condescending superiority, after all, not to actually win on their issues.
Posted by: V the K at December 4, 2008 3:06 AM
Obama wiped the floor with the republicans who went from controlling it all to controlling NOTHING.
Posted by: dino at December 4, 2008 1:17 AM
Obama won the 2006 elections too?
Is there anything he can't do?
Posted by: mandible claw at December 4, 2008 3:51 AM
The real humor here is the attempt of gay marriage advocates to portray opposition to gay marriage as purely religious, particularly in a state that isn't exactly known of for it's religious fervor.
Anything except acknowledge that plenty of us with no religious inclinations whatever simply recognize gay marriage as a plain silly idea.

Guys,
HE WANTS YOUR ATTENTION. Stop responding to him.
Posted by: Evil Otto at December 4, 2008 4:07 AM
The chief problem I have with the gay marriage issue is that it isn't a federal government problem, and they're trying to force the feds to make it a constitutional amendment.
There needs to be some sort of compromise. We need to get this 'issue' off the plate so Americans as a whole can move forward and worry about IMPORTANT stuff, not this piddly crap.
I suggest we just allow them to get married in court houses and the like, and not force churches to marry them. If states want to make stricter laws than that so be it.
The problem is that Christianity is just an easy target for the homosexuals, and they attack them fervently instead of going after the real problem: coming to a reasonable compromise that allows everyone to co-exist peacefully.

My only problem with that is that you're assuming that will be the end of the issue. My observation has been that every concession leads to a dozen more demands. Take abortion - even before the ink was dry on Roe v. Wade, legislatures started deciding that if there was a right to abortion, then the taxpayers were obliged to pay to provide them.
That's how moonbattery works - it always demands incremental and "reasonable" concessions from the current consensus, and then progresses inch by inch to a position that would have been recognized as ridiculous a few years earlier.
I'm old enough to remember when "reasonable" was simply taking the sodomy laws off of the books. The notion that repealing the sodomy laws would eventually lead to gay marriage was regarded as laughable. Well, who's laughing now?

Exactly. There's too many gheys who have made cushy careers out of activism. They have to keep pushing for ever more radicalism, or they have to give up their plush activist "jobs" and find real work. One of those things isn't going to happen.
Posted by: V the K at December 4, 2008 5:53 AM
Yeah, I'd thought about that too, that the compromise just wouldn't make them happy and they wouldn't accept it. A mid-point agreement would only make them angrier since we aren't delivering anything other than "All of the above."
Its really silly when it all boils down to it too. Is it really that important to file your taxes jointly? Does it have to be 'marriage' if the other delivers the same rights?
They're worried about the "Separate but equal" type deal from the segregation era. I suppose thats a reasonable concern. But what lengths are they going to go to just to become famous for being an overaggressive, overbearing, and pushing their beliefs on others, which they always condemn. Hypocritical moonbattery!
Posted by: Cheesecake at December 4, 2008 5:54 AM
I think it's HILARIOUS!! That Prop 8 got a bug sooooooooooooo far up their a$$ (THEY SHOULD BE ENJOYING IT) they can't stop whining about it!! When they can't bully their agenda on the people they cry like little girls (DINO).
Funny I didn't see one Muslim on either side? Oh that's right, you "fancy lads" don't have the NADS to attack someone that would fight back. Like the "Religion of Peace"! LOLOLOLOLOL pathetic little liberal pukes.
Posted by: TED at December 4, 2008 5:54 AM
Let's not forget the "typical" liberal HYPOCRISY of it also! For years the left has been trashing Marriage - except NOW - it good for "Twinkle Toes"...
Posted by: TED at December 4, 2008 5:59 AM
Watched half the video between flossing and eliminating certain bodily wastes as all actions meshed in beautifully given they shared the same bathroom theme.
This video used the same tired mantra that homosexuality is no worse than eating the forbidden shrimp cocktail. Naturally the leftard pseudo-intellects don't distinguish between biblical ordinances/statutes and laws nor do they have a clue as to what the old covenant and new are all about. Only the left-leaning crowd & the biblically illiterate are going to be "educated" and entertained by this bit of digital fecal matter. *Yawn*

I don't think I'd want to have to account for the blasphemy demonstrated here to the Holy God and for the exultation of perversion against the Holy God. These folks have lost, if they ever had, a healthy fear of God and God will not be mocked. Lord, have mercy on their immortal souls.
Posted by: apostle53 at December 4, 2008 9:21 AM
Ugh. I've lost what respect I once had for Jack Black and John C. Reilly.
I'd have to echo what fellowes said, that all they're doing is relying on the old argument of perverting Scripture and confusing biblical ordinances and laws. What they fail to recognize is that the "No shrimp," "Stone your wife" laws were pretty much exclusively in the Old Testament, whereas there were sections of the New Testament which also condemn homosexuality (i.e. Jude verse 7). The only ones impressed or converted by this crap are liberal Christophobic bigots and those who know next to nothing about the Bible.
apostle53 makes good points, too. I would not want to be in any of their shoes when they have to stand before God's Judgment and account for their role in this disgusting skit (Especially Black, since he blatantly perverted Christ Himself).
Posted by: Adam at December 4, 2008 10:34 AM
btw, in that hideous skit, the perverts end up unwittingly explaining the very reason why many of us oppose gay marriage, because it will rot down and further tarnish the institution of marriage.
Explanation:
In the end, they go into that asinine spiel about how gay marriage helps the economy because it brings in more money for wedding decorations, etc.. Then, they mention the more money for divorce lawyers, and tattoo artists to remove the tattoos of exes' names. That is the problem right there. Gay relationships are notorious for frequently breaking up (Usually due to adultery). Thus, if gay marriage were allowed, the divorce rate would undoubtedly skyrocket as the gays continue to cheat on each other, which will further undermine the once- sacred institution of marriage. All this escapes the people involved in this skit, in their myopic eyes, anyone who opposes gay marriage automatically only does so due to being a mean, hateful bigot.
