With Election Over, Smoke Begins to Clear
Now that the campaigning is over for a few months, the media is dropping some of the pretenses that allowed it to install an unqualified, left-wing radical in the White House.
People who get their news from the leftstream media may vaguely recognize the name William Ayers. He was a terrorist who bombed a long list of government buildings, including the Pentagon, but got off on a technicality. Since then he's found a way to inflict more lasting damage, by climbing high in the education establishment. A famous example of Ayers's wit and wisdom:
Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, Kill your parents.
The career of his protégé Barack Obama was launched in Ayers's living room. The two have been working closely together for years, even sharing an office. Yet supposedly it was smearing Obama to suggest they are any more than neighbors.
Now the smoke is clearing; the Chicago Tribune is willing to publish Ayers's admission that he and the Obamas are "family friends."
Over at the Washington Post, the ombudsman can now admit that the paper has been in the tank for Obama:
The Post provided a lot of good campaign coverage, but readers have been consistently critical of the lack of probing issues coverage and what they saw as a tilt toward Democrat Barack Obama. My surveys, which ended on Election Day, show that they are right on both counts. …
The op-ed page ran far more laudatory opinion pieces on Obama, 32, than on Sen. John McCain, 13. There were far more negative pieces about McCain, 58, than there were about Obama, 32, and Obama got the editorial board's endorsement. …
One gaping hole in coverage involved Joe Biden, Obama's running mate. When Gov. Sarah Palin was nominated for vice president, reporters were booking the next flight to Alaska. Some readers thought The Post went over Palin with a fine-tooth comb and neglected Biden. They are right; it was a serious omission.
Once the Moonbat Messiah ascends to the throne, WaPo's coverage will of course be scrupulously balanced. No doubt we'll see some heartwarming pieces featuring pictures of Ayers bouncing the Obama children on his knee in the White House as he explains how his enlightened policies as Secretary of Education will finally put an end to 200 years of capitalist oppression.

Daman, its not smart to say something like that once BO is in power. Or you might end up in Happy Camp after the men in the white coats taser you and carry you away.

Yea Name your right.....they might put me thru re-education and then indoctrinate me into the Obamanation. We all might have to go underground.
You know speeking of that did anybody catch Micheal Savege on the radio yesterday? He was talking about this guy named Von Campe. This guy wrote a book about his life in the Hitler Youth. I think you can find the article in www.michealsavage.com. There were some eye opening contrasts on what happened then in Germany and whats going on here now.

I just checked Savage's web site and the article is still on his site under the heading "Ex Hitler youth issues dire warning to America". Check it out.

The Post provided a lot of good campaign coverage
What they meant was "provided a lot of good campaign cover" for an unqualified, unprincipled, compulsive liar who is now elected.

I would rather send him and his entire band of weatherfreak underground to the furthest star in the universe

And yet, little Billy has no objection to becoming "rich" himself (hates materialism, yet loves material wealth) -- hypocrite extraordinare (like all the good little Libs). Can't wait til the Obamanation brings down the economy (well, yeah, I could wait on that!), and then we see the reaction of the "masses" of fools who voted for this idiot (I exclude the drones), stunned that they, too, are now poor as hell, they've lost their retirement accounts, their taxes have gone through the roof, we're being overwhelmed (as if we weren't already) by tens of millions more illegal aliens, Iran and the Islamonazis dictate pretty much all U.S. foreign policy, and on and on and on, ad nauseum.
"This is not what I voted for!!!" Oh, yeah, I'm afraid that's EXACTLY what you voted for, moron . . .

Bill Ayers was in the news recently (wrote an op-ed somewhere,I forget where) to the tune of being a 'target of a domestic terrorist attack,' he actually literally used those words. Forget what he was talking about, some perceived 'threat' that the right-blogs debunked in about five minutes. HEY BILL howe many police officers was it that died in your bombings? Twelve, or so, right? That you celebrated killing and continue to celebrate by defending your a9tions to this day?

Please stop showing that photo of Ayers. Whenever I see that snotty cocked-head expression on his face I want to put my fist through the monitor.

You know what I love about this site? The rampant hypocriticm. You claim that the media blows stories out of proportion, make things up, etc., but you believe when Sarah Palin and the dumbasses in the Republican party say that Obama and Ayers have a secret link. That Obama is Ayer's protege? Wow, you will believe anything your told (as long as it substantiates what you already believe). No wonder you are underrepresented in our government! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

Um, L., would you mind translating from liberalese into English.
And Obama isn't Ayers's protege: he is Ayers's boy. In the traditional Southern sense.

L. Morgan, I don't think you have any room to call us stupid.
1. The word is "Hypocrisy," not "Hypocriticm."
2. We've known Obama's connection to Ayers was true long before Palin or anyone on the McCain campaign said it. As this aricle demonstrates, Ayers himself has admitted that he and Obama are "Family friends."
