Russia Shows How Obama Could Succeed
Despite his juvenile ideology, conspicuously poor judgment, and alarming lack of qualifications for office, the Moonbat Messiah may be seen to have a highly successful presidency — for awhile. Russia demonstrates how this could happen:
Subjected to more than a century of propaganda masquerading as news, Russians often seem to live in a different reality from the rest of us.
And sure enough, at a time when their country is locked in its worst financial crisis in a decade, they are more optimistic about the economy than they have ever been. According to opinion polls, 57 per cent reckon it is flourishing, up from 53 per cent in July.
The survey's findings are a triumph for the state, proving that the Kremlin has not lost its touch when it comes to manipulating fact. Obeying orders from the top, Russian television has banned the use of words such as "crisis", "decline" and "devaluation". Coverage of the mayhem in the country's stock market, where shares have fallen by 75 per cent since August, is scant.
Look for similar media coverage of the decline and fall of our economy under Chairman O. Having installed this absurd adolescent in office, it will be heavily invested in his success — or rather, since the media is in the business of manufacturing perceptions, the appearance of his success. Like GM, Obama will be artificially propped up on the grounds that he is too big to fail.
But reality has a way of catching up in the long run.
On a tip from V the K.

In case you brainstems haven't noticed, our economy already declined and fell! You know how it happened? We let REPUBLICANS control the economic agenda for 30 YEARS.
What universe do you live in? Do you think your loss two weeks ago was the result of sunspots? The business cycle? Has it not sunnk in that your guys are widely seen as failures whose policies have taken us to the brink of a new Great Depression?
Get a grip on whatever reality you can manage, brainstems. The economy is already in the toilet thanks to REPUBLICANS. But I'll bet you think Carter is responsible for the doubling of the debt in the last 8 years. You probably think Clinton is responsible for the record deficits.
There's something seriously wrong with you people. It's almost embarassing to have to slap you around like this.

well, dhimmitwit-in-name-only - i'll assume you're NOT a consumer and neither are ANY of your cohorts. wait until you're your brother's keeper. you probably hug trees yet live in a wood frame house...belong to peta yet wear leather shoes...abhor the death penalty yet cheer abortion.
there is no worse person on the planet outside a lefturd, imho. their hypocrisy knows no bounds. everything is the fault of others.

There is no way the media could even remotely give an objective account of Obama since working so hard to get him elected. After hundreds of millions of dollars worth of glowing front-page adoration and months of drooling worship on our television screens the thought of the media providing any accurate or unbiased information makes the eyes roll.
Since their credibility has been squandered anyway, they really have nothing more to lose by becoming a more official propaganda machine.

The economy under Clinton didnt improve much until the Republicans took control of Congress in 1994.
What made the 1991-92 recession worse was Bush 41 RAISING taxes in cooperation with the then Democrat controlled Congress.
There are 2 things that could turn a recession into a 1930s style Depression.
Obama's plan is to raise taxes on the rich (the producers) - which is exactly what Herbert Hoover did in 1930.
2ndly, Obama hinted he is ok with raising taxes on imports to protect American jobs at the behest of unions. That is pretty much what Herbert Hoover did in 1931-32 with Smoot-Hawley.
Theres always the chance Obama will not do these things and risk incurring the wrath of leftists who put him in office - but Im not counting on it.
The deficit has soared into the stratosphere since the Democrats took control of Congress 2 years ago. The reason why Bush's approval rating is so low is that most Republicans see Bush as more of a liberal domestically than Bill Clinton was - exhibit A - the $700 billion bailout bill cooked up by Pelosi and Reid and rubber stamped by some RINOs and Bush.
To a leftist goof like Dino, he will ignore that the economy was clearly much better under the Republican controlled Congress than under the current Democratically controlled Congress.

nanc,
I have seen in the threads over the last week that Dino is a very disturbed little boy. He has never achieved anything in his life and has vicariously become successful through his Lord and Savior Obama.
Have you ever been around someone who is used to winning? If you have then you know how they (or possibly yourself) react with grace and humble reserve to being a victor. Winners know how to act in that situation.
If you have ever been around someone who has never won anything and finally, one day, sees their dreams come true, then you will then be familiar with why Dino responds the way he does. In short, if one has never experienced success before, how can they be expected to know how to act?
Keep in mind he is a child. Some people have to build themselves up by pushing others down. His master calls for unity, but with Dino's constant juvenile behavior I naturally wonder, "Why would anyone want to be like that?" It is quite unbecoming.
Dino also has the protection of the anonymity of the internet. He can hide in his mother's house and call people names that if uttered in person would result in his experiencing serious negative consequences.
Formerly I was a group counselor for juvenile delinquent boys, and Dino's behavior is quite common and predictable. Please don't become angry with him because he simply cannot help it.
It is a control need; Dino feels he has no control over many aspects of his own life, so he turns to an environment where he feels he does have control, i.e. internet forums. He believes that his words can control the emotions of other people. When he cannot make others feel love, joy, comfort, or other positive emotions, he simply reverts to more easily provoked responses, such as anger. We all want to think we affect other people, and for some it doesn't matter how you affect them, so long as you do.
Dino, perhaps one day you will be able to learn to elicit positive emotions from the people around you. Who knows, you may even be able to have a relationship and be loved. Until then, if it makes you feel better to ridicule and offend, please use me, because it won't hurt me and it seems to help you.

Dino's what I would call a "sore winner".

Posted by: nanc at November 18, 2008 9:02 AM
Nanc and Harris, you both are just too funny...thanks for the laughs as I continue to attempt to wake up from the nightmare world which has been imposed on America since Nov 4th by the charlatan and interloping thug!!!
Isn't it odd that Dino denounces us for the economy & defecit (btw, the bailout plan, coupled with congressional Reps in the early 00's did not help), he nevertheless advances policies employed by Hoover which exacerbated the economy and led to the GD.
"Dino", it is your Master that wants to emulate Hoover, NOT us!!!!!!!!!!!
It is kind of hard for the MSM to notice anything (like a lack of real birth certificate or forged selective service docs) when they are too busy licking Hussein's boots and/or giving him head!!!
Let's get back to a "real" story like who really is Trig's mom, the cost of Palin's wardrobe and why she supports murdering innocent wolves from the air...

Dino also has the protection of the anonymity of the internet. He can hide in his mother's house and call people names that if uttered in person would result in his experiencing serious negative consequences.
Reminds me of a chihuahua my Mom had years ago, "Spiffy". If someone unknown came to the house, he'd run off under mom's bed & start barking from there. VERY brave & loud... from under mommy's bed.

Dino, Dina, or Dingbat,
Do you not realize that thie decline of the economy began when all these Clintonites were in office. They wanted Fannie and Freddie to lower the bar so that everyone could have a home. Hell the Clintons made it so lending institutions didn't do gredit checks or proof of income. Seems to me I remember Republicans as well as Bush warning the country of the coming danger. Lots of finger pointing going on here but not at your socialist selves. Guess what else Dinobat? Have you notice His Majisty's cabinet appointies? HUH? Mostly Clintonites and a lot of them have been associated with Fanny And Freddie crooks. This goes back farther than you close minded kool aid drinking socialist will every accept much less beleive. I suggest you go to the library, not libary as you librals call it, and do some reading. You really are a babbling troll. Sounds like you are a freshman in a libral college and the indotrination is starting to work. Hope you find a juob when you get out. Sounds like GUBMIT cheeses samiches in your future.
Posted by: Watching at November 18, 2008 10:57 AM
If Dingus were better informed, he would realize that Chairman O's proposed strategies of massive government intervention in the economy coupled with tax increases have been tried before, and in every case have lengthened and deepened economic recessions. This was true of the United States in the 1930's, Latin America in the 1970's, and Japan in the 1990's.
Posted by: V the K at November 18, 2008 11:02 AM
Hey Dinobat,
Keep posting what you think because it shows the denial that librals like you are really in. The Media won't be able to hide The Anointed ones agenda for his whole term. Just wait and see. Oh yea are still breast feeding? When your done with you mothers breast then you can start sucking the breast of the country at the tax payers expense.

Spurwing, you are my new hero.
Posted by: Harris at November 18, 2008 12:53 PM
Well of course! All of the successes are due to republicans, the failures to democrats!
That's why the republicans wrested control of Congress from the democrats and President-elect McCain is being sworn in on Jan. 20th. And why wouldn't they? The economy is doing GREAT, unemployment is at an all-time low, the deficits are gone, replaced with a huge surplus, the national debt actually DECREASED under Bush and the republicans, Iraq is a beacon of democracy in the Middle East with the whole conversion only costing a couple hundred dollars!
What color is the sky in republican-land? I'm thinking paisley!
Posted by: Dino at November 18, 2008 2:06 PM
As for being bad sports, there's nothing quite like a republican. When you couldn't defeat Clinton at the ballot box you resorted to blackmailing a man over his private sex life. That's how sick you people are.
I'd love to get any of you walking turds here under oath and make you answer questions about your sex life.
Republicans: lowest of the low.
Posted by: Dino at November 18, 2008 2:25 PM
Denial? LOL, you people still think you lost it ALL two weeks ago because you're not popular with the big bad MEDIA.
Maybe if McCain hadn't run such a repugnant campaign of chracter assasination and negativity he would have gotten some good press. But what can you say about a clueless, angry, bitter old albino and a Wasilla hillbilly in expensive clothes? Their image says it all.

Hey! I found something that makes me feel even better than the news that Focus on the Fascist is laying off 202 staffers!
Cold realities await Gov. Sarah Palin in Alaska
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081118/ap_on_el_pr/palin
Looks like Sarah is going to experience the same fate as republicans in the lower 48! That means FAILURE!
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it's late here and I need to get ready for bed.
Dino, make sure you do your homework tonight. Brush your teeth and get in the bed by 10:00; it's a school night. Remember, I love you, even though you try and make everyone dislike you. Sweet dreams.

What a mammering tickle-brained miscreant; a complete, absolute, utter, supreme dipshit-fool with a mind like a steel trap (rusted shut).
Posted by: Jimbo at November 18, 2008 3:59 PM
Dino at least started with the appearance of someone with half a brain, but has proven to be so one-note it's not even fun to make fun of anymore. What a lose.
As far as the attorney general, if he distinguishes himself, great. The thing is, if jomama is true to his previous behavior, (which is consistent with his Chicago rat machine background) this administration is going to be so corrupt so fast that LBJ and Bubba will look like choir boys, and the AJ is a likely focal point. It will be much entertainment to watch it disintegrate. That feels pretty damn good, in fact.
Posted by: Mr Evilwrench at November 18, 2008 4:16 PM
here's what my best friend's Dad used to say when we were teenagers:
Wish in one hand and sh*t in the other and see which one fills up faster.
Look at what sick, micreants you people are. The guy doesn't take office for 8 more weeks and you're already making dire predictions of failure. Well, I guess being republicans, that's what you're used to from your leadership.
Keep looking forward to a time when you can feel good because right now you have little to look forward to except a failing economy brought on by republican policies. If you look back that big black cloud of stinging defeat hits you right between the eyes.
And to think, in 2004 they were predicting decades of republican dominance. Goodbye to all that..............
Posted by: Dino at November 18, 2008 4:30 PM
the American people have spoken. They want a change from the GOP stranglehold on Congress and what it has done to our nation. So cut the new guy some slack and get critical when he does or does not do something you don't like. To pour out your venom beforehand is , well, just the sort of thing the GOP did in the campaign. And look how the public reacted.
As for the economy: the deregulations got approved by both parties. I hope by now we will have learned that the invisible hand needs to be watch and observed. Restore regulations and constraints!!! they worked before they got stripped.
Posted by: nate zuckerman at November 18, 2008 5:00 PM
"cut the new guy some slack", nate? heh. you mean like how the idiot lefty scum cut bush slack from day 1? when they went after his wife and kids; when they published the o-so-clever 'kill bush' books?
you mean like that?
or do you mean like when the lefty scum went into full-on instant 'kill her' mode the *instant* sarah palin's name was announced? like that?
oh no no no. you clowns started this - now you get to live it. you don't get to squeal 'new rules' after you win an election.
get ready....here it comes.....

Propaganda?? we have been living with republican propaganda for the last 8 years.
You probability truly think FOX is fair and balanced and not a right wing republican host for propaganda.
Posted by: mrethiopian at November 18, 2008 5:58 PM
the asset is so full of it.
Liberals NEVER Stooped to the levels that conservatives have. NEVER. You people hunted Clinton for 8 years only to resort to blackmail over his private sex life.
This latest campaign was an example. Your side made Obama out to be a terrorist and anything else you could say about him, attacking his character without any justification. Our side criticized McCain's policy positions. No one ever said to "kill bush", "Kill McCain" or "Kill Palin".
You people are just ignorant GARBAGE. Subhumans not fit for civil society.

Guys,
You're just giving Dino what he wants. He wants your ATTENTION. He's a sad, sick little person who hates those who dare to disagree with him, yet he craves their notice. Eventually he'll wander off and pollute somewhere else with his random, hate-filled rants, but until then, stop feeding him.

Evil Otto,
I agree with you on the Dino thing.
In that spirit of Dino Tolerance, I just want to make sure that everyone knows that Dino is Gay, and that, in and of its self, means that we must be tolerant of Dino's Gayness.
Did I mention that Dino is Gay? Just in case I was too subtle above.
Posted by: Oiao at November 18, 2008 9:07 PM
LOL, Oiao, do you have any other songs? Is being gay some kind of huge shame fulthing where you live? Not me. I live among liberals!
It's quite pathetic how you've been flitting around squealing about me being gay. Sad, really. Bush had tons of homos surrounding him these past 8 years. Remember the fake reporter that had the run of the White House? The hot bodybuilder Marine?
I'd rather be gay than stupid like you. I'd rather be stupid and liberal than conservative. In fact, I'd rather be anything but conservative. You people are stupid AND evil!
