Obama's plan for stopping the bipartisanship and divisivness in congress and the senate.

Step 1: Rearrange the seating so that only democrats have aisle seats.

End of plan.

I wish these could be stamps.

Of course the USPS might ban unflattering images of THE ONE. So order soon!

Stock market down 300 as of this morning. How can that be? The Messiah is here.

Also, look for 70 million (or more) relatives of the illegals (who will now be legal) coming over the border...each of whom will vote Democrat to get their share of the socialist handout. End of Republicans & conservatives.

Oh, it's going to be a great time...

Posted by: matt at November 5, 2008 10:57 AM

Not sure why that came up 3 times, but here is a better link for the photo stamps. You could say its your Uncle Bob or something and he just happens to resemble a Marxist President.

http://photo.stamps.com/Store/learn-more/

It does say "B. To upload, order for print, or otherwise transmit or communicate any material that depicts celebrities or celebrity likenesses, regional, national or international leaders or politicians, current or former world leaders, convicted criminals, newsworthy, notorious or infamous images and individuals, or any material that is vintage in appearance or depicts images from an older era;"

Glenn Beck had a good summary on the Obama "win" and put things in perspective. Beck is a little nuts sometimes but he largely got it right with this commentary.

Posted by: Anonymous at November 5, 2008 11:16 AM

Maybe someone could create a design for the photo stamps without using Obamas image?

Maybe just an outline with B.O. where his face would be.

Posted by: Anonymous at November 5, 2008 11:26 AM

And out of the O would be a serpent tongue? Yes!

Posted by: Anonymous at November 5, 2008 11:28 AM

And now the Goracle leaves his gigantic manor that consumes twenty times as much electricity as an average American home, swoops down in his private jet, to deliver a message that would make Orwell proud: It's not Marxism, it's "sustainable capitalism."

This has been floating around:

Dear Employees:

As a business owner who employs 12 people, I have resigned myself to the fact that Barack Obama will be our next president, and that my taxes and fees will go up in a BIG way. To compensate for these increases, I figure that the Customer will have to see an increase in my fees to them of about 8-10%. I will also have to lay off 4 of my employees.

This really bothered me as I believe we are family here and didn't know how to choose who will have to go. So, this is what I did. I strolled thru the parking lot and found six Obama bumper stickers on my employees cars. I have decided these folks will be the first to be laid off. I can't think of another fair way to approach this problem.

Posted by: V the K at November 5, 2008 11:55 AM

I wonder when the statues and gaudy posters will start to go up??? Our tax dollars will probably be used to "decorate" the country a la the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany. It makes me sick just to think about it.

Posted by: Amy D at November 5, 2008 12:15 PM

V the K, is that an honest-to-God letter from your office?

PS:I hope you don't get fired.

Posted by: conservativeteen at November 5, 2008 12:24 PM

You missed GUN BANS and LITIGATION

Posted by: Spurwing Plover at November 5, 2008 12:27 PM

It will only be fair that when business costs go up, Obama supporters are the ones to be fired. After all they voted for higher taxes on their employers.

Business owners should record the plate numbers of these cars in case they catch wind of it and remove the stickers. To make things appear kosher lay off a few other dead weight employees regardless of who the voted for.

Posted by: Anonymous at November 5, 2008 1:12 PM

conservativeteen - No, that is an email making its rounds on the internet. Although I do suspect, since I work in the soon-to-be-gutted defense industry, that I may well face unemployment soon. I think I'll be able to find something else, since I am highly skilled, possess a Master's Degree and a security clearance. But I expect we'll all be downgrading our lifestyles under Chairman O. Like he said, we can't be driving our SUV's and keeping our houses at 72 degrees any more.

OTOH, since I am a Mormon and Prop 8 passed, I believe I am now allowed to bust into the homes of lesbian couples and take their stuff... if I understand the left-wing propaganda correctly.

Posted by: V the K at November 5, 2008 1:25 PM

Lesbian couples? Thats sound interesting.

Liberals and blacks may have screwed themselves with Obama's election. Here's a few reasons, some of which were suggested by others (Whose name I've forgotten, sorry):

*No matter how bad things get, Liberals can't criticize the president because that would be RACIST.
*Blacks can't say "whitey's keeping us down" because one of their own have made it to the top. If they fail to do likewise, it's their own fault!
*Liberals will have to abandon the "black victim" cause and race guilt. No one is keeping blacks from achieving high positions.
*The NAACP, the Rainbow Coalition and the Black Panthers must now DISBAND. To keep their cause alive is to indirectly say that President Obama can't deliver on his promases.
*Afirmitive Action must be discontinued as well. To keep in functioning is to indirectly say that President Obama was elected because of his SKIN COLOR, not on his merrits.

Feel free to add to this list and send it to friends or post it on other sites.

America had an industrial-sized brain fart yesterday as they elected an immature, middle-finger waving, smooth talking, friend of terrorists, unqualified person to be POTUS.

And, to those Obama voters who are looking for MO MONEY, I suggest that you don’t hold your breath because the only CHANGE you’ll be seeing is what’s left in your wallet.

And, as I and others have predicted: WE ARE IN FOR 4 YEARS OF HELL!!!

Posted by: pocomoco at November 5, 2008 3:45 PM

Let's be fair. A lot of people won yesterday. Hamas, Hezbollah, Gaddafi... Assad...

And I note the libtards are like a broken record - in blogs all over the WWW, they're STILL screaming that "Palin is not qualified to be president" even though the election is over, she wasn't running for president, and has a gazzillion times the experience as The Punk.

What morons.

Obama cultist shows us what the near Obama Future holds

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – A masked gunman waving an American flag and a handgun on a freeway overpass surrendered to police Monday after forcing a traffic shutdown for hours.

The man gave himself up at midmorning west of downtown Santa Barbara at Highway 101, a major route along the California coast. No shots were fired. Traffic was backed at least three miles in each direction.

The man agreed to give up after he was allowed to attach a Barack Obama campaign sign and the flag to the overpass railing, said police Sgt. Jim Pfleging.

NY Times cites same random man on the street for hundred-and-oneth time

Incredible. The New York Times again cites Greg Packer as a typical man on the street, as if he hadn’t been cited as such in dozens of other stories. Writing about a Philadelphia parade celebrating the Phillies’ World Series victory, the Paper of Record says:

The parade drew fans from beyond the region, too.

Greg Packer, 44, of Huntington, N.Y., drove in for Game 5 of the World Series and stayed for the celebration. He arrived on Broad Street near City Hall at 5 a.m. to secure what he considered the best spot.

“In New York right now, we have no Mets, no Yankees, no stadiums,” he said. “I came here to represent and cheer our neighbors.”

McCAIN/PALIN VS. OBAMA/BIDEN, A SAD EXERCISE IN FUTILITY AND HUMOR
What else is there to say? We lost. They won. End of story.

Well, not quite but by this time the professional, erudite pundits have spoken and written their insightful analyses of the presidential race so what else is there to say that hasn’t been said over and over?

I prefer to cite Jay Leno’s monologue last night rather than the usual sources since it reveals far more about this seemingly endless race than do the usual, “objective” experts.

I didn’t catch Letterman except for a very brief clip in which he cracked something like, Is there any chance Obama could take over early? Hearing that brought two questions to mind. One, Is there any chance Dave would please step down earlier than planned and and maybe even marry the mother of his child, Harry, and two, Is there any chance he could be more of a horse’s ass than he already is?

Leno and Letterman are little more than automatons, slaves to their writers’ whims and biases, mouthing words and witticisms reflective more of those writers’ thoughts than of their own but one particular Leno line struck me as very telling about what happened on Election Day.

Of course, many factors contributed to the McCain/Palin drubbing, including McCain’s refusal to get down and dirty early with the always-dirty Democrats.

I believe it was baseball manager Leo Durocher who observed that nice guys finish last. Legendary Green Bay Packer coach, Vince Lombardi, may have said it better when he commented that “Winning isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.”

Point is that Senator John McCain took the high road and it cost him, and it cost the rest of us, as well.

Perhaps if McCain had played to win from the outset of the race and if he had gone into the Democratic muck in September and hit Obama with his ties to Wright, Rezko, Pfleger, Farrakhan, Ayers, Dohrn, et al., he still may have come in second.

According to the mainstream media, so-called “negative” ads and campaigning always seem to be the province of Republicans anyway, so why didn’t McCain use them early and often? And is telling the truth ever a negative tactic?

But, I digress. Back to Jay Leno....

OMG! It's awful! It's the end of the world! We might end up like SCANDANAVIA (where I travel often for work as a chemical engineer)! And it's SO awful there! With their lack of crime and no poverty and gleaming infrastructures and world class school system and efficient public transportation and safe streets and lack of debt and happy populace and high government approval rating and their books and scientific innovations and healthcare and lack of obesity and ridiculously low teen pregnancy rate, disease rate and infant mortality rate and high life expectancy.

Yes, truly the worst thing that could happen to America is that it be a little more like Scandanavia.

The horror! The horror!!!!!!

Posted by: Mary at November 6, 2008 8:02 AM

I have a feeling that if America went all "scandanavian", it'd be less of a Stockholm & more of a Malmo.

Posted by: hiram at November 6, 2008 9:25 AM

Hey Mary.

Read this.

I find it curious that you seem to refer to Scandinavia as a country and proceed to spell it incorrectly several times, but what do I know? I certainly don't travel there often for work as a chemical engineer. How did your fundamentals test go anyway? Did you struggle with any of the other disciplines like thermonuclear or fluids? Anyway, I digress. I hope you make a bunch of money, because getting to keep only 48% of your income is certainly going to be a tough pill to swallow.

Posted by: cowlove at November 6, 2008 9:25 AM

Hey, CL, check your math. If I'm reading the Danish tax charts right, the top bracket is 62%, leaving you with only 38% of your income that the almighty caring State will allow you to keep. Keeping half your income (almost)? I'm sure that's a dreamy paradise for many Danes.
