Look out for the Oba-Mao-ssiah's new Great Leap Forward - 5 million 'green' jobs when the technology for it is not yet economically viable. Instead of replacing farming with small-scale iron forging, we'll be replacing crop growing with Big Ethanol and replacing Electricity with Wind-n-Solar Pixie Dust.

Obama Supports Partial Birth Abortion
http://us.altermedia.info/images/abortion.jpg
Americans know amazingly little about Barack Obama mainly because the mainstream media won’t report on his background. Prior to becoming a US Senator in 2005, Barack Obama was a state senator in the Illinois legislature. What did he do while he was a state senator? Well, he’s most famous for defending Partial Birth Abortion, a highly controversial procedure, which effectively kills a baby during the birth process. As election day draws near, Obama has been sharply losing support among Catholics. It seems his long, unrepentant history of support for this loathsome procedure is finally costing him support.
A Washington Post article reports “Obama’s record on abortion is extreme. He opposed the ban on partial-birth abortion — a practice a fellow Democrat, the late Daniel Patrick Moynihan, once called ‘too close to infanticide.’ Obama strongly criticized the Supreme Court decision upholding the partial-birth ban. In the Illinois state Senate, he opposed a bill similar to the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act, which prevents the killing of infants mistakenly left alive by abortion. And now Obama has oddly claimed that he would not want his daughters to be ‘punished with a baby’ because of a crisis pregnancy — hardly a welcoming attitude toward new life.
I wonder what Obama would have thought of a young 17 year old girl getting an abortion so that she would not be “punished with a baby.” Well that might be a problem for Mr. Obama considering that his mother fit that description. In the early 1960s, it was illegal in many states for a White women to marry a Black man. There was a huge social stigma attached to a White girl who paraded around in public with a “chocolate baby.” Add to that, the fact that Barack Obama Senior was already married to a Kenyan woman. Barack Senior fled the marriage two years after Barack Junior’s birth. There is some evidence that Ann Dunham was very much alone when Barack Jr. was born. If Barack’s mother had followed his advice and taken the same attitude to a “problem pregnanacy” as Barack supports, Barack Obama would not exist today.
The only thing mentioned about Obama’s support for abortion on his wikipedia page is that after being invited to a Christian conference “eighteen anti-abortion groups published an open letter stating, in reference to Obama’s support for legal abortion: ‘In the strongest possible terms, we oppose Rick Warren’s decision to ignore Senator Obama’s clear pro-death stance and invite him to Saddleback Church anyway.’ ” Nowhere on Obama’s wikipedia page is there any mention of his extreme position in support of partial birth abortion.

Designer imagines US Govt website under Obama, gets squashed
Site at http://www.andyrutledge.com/usa-dot-gov-redux.php
When you’re trying to hide a lack of substance or want to fool the most people with the least effort, style must come first. Presumptive president Obama knows this better than most. Therefore, the USA.gov website must begin with, end with, and maintain a high sense of style. But not just any style; it must sport a style that is indicative of the sort of change a President Obama would bring to our nation. The website must sport a style that has been proven to inspire the workers (a.k.a. working families) of other socialist nations, and rely heavily on the powerful image of a strong Socialist leader.
Gone is the red, white, and blue theme, now replaced by the more unifying red typical of Socialist ditatorships. In fact, style and content will be what we concentrate on in this redux. Certain design changes are necessary, but it is the style and content that will account for the most significant changes necessary under the Obama administration. And yes, so much red color can be visually overwhelming, but it is entirely appropriate here. Socialist history affirms this fact.
Be sure to view the full-size version of the mockup and pay careful attention to the content.

The World Turned Upside Down. This was the name of the tune supposedly played when the forces of
Cornwallis surrendered at Yorktown, Virginia on October 20, 1781. It in someways was the beginning
of our country. Lord North, British Prime Minister, exclaimed on hearing of the surrender, "Oh God.
It is all over!"
It seems strange that tomorrow night Obama can announce his victory and at the end of our country as we know it,
the same song could be played. They can cavort and giggle as a band would play, The World Turned Upside Down. This time, the people still left in the country with functioning brains can be the ones to say, "Oh God! It's all over!"

Detroit has embraced Obamunism for the last 40 years, so it is fair to ask: Why isn't Detroit a Paradise?.

The only thing Detroit is good for these days is a shooting location for post-apocalyptic films.
