Moonbat Judge Saves Killer Illegal Alien From Deportation

The USA isn't the only place where illegal aliens are a menace on the roads. From Britain:
An illegal immigrant who killed a brilliant young writer by driving into her at 60mph cannot be deported because it would breach his human rights.
Ahsan Sabri, 28, was unlicensed and not properly insured when he roared through a red light and ploughed into Oxford University graduate Sophie Warne.
The 30-year-old died instantly from a broken neck. She had published five books, was writing her first novel and was about to announce her engagement.
Sabri, who entered Britain 10 years ago on a student visa, wisely married a local woman. Lord Justice Sir Martin Moron-Brickhead, I mean Moore-Bick, ruled that if Sabri was sent packing back to Pakistan, and his wife came with him, her being a Christian would result in "broadly based threats and difficulties." So Sabri gets to stay.
An immigration tribunal had ruled last year that Sabri should be deported. But the British taxpayer came to his rescue:
Sabri, funded by legal aid, appealed.
Some advice for criminal riffraff: just keep appealing until you hit a moonbat judge. It rarely takes long, and even if it does, someone else will pay the bill.
Too bad Britain can't deport Lord Justice Sir Moron-Brickhead.
