Lest We Forget

There is little doubt that our economy will steepen its decline when a sophomoric socialist takes over the White House, backed by an alarmingly inept, irresponsible, and radicalized Congress. As taxes shoot upward, jobs disappear, and our standard of living declines, the media will tell us that the crisis was set off by Republicans, and that Democrats are just trying to clean up the mess. Hopefully, a few people will remember who really did start the unraveling, and who tried to stop it:
The "political lynching of Franklin Raines" comment refers to the fact that corrupt Fannie Mae exec Raines, who stuffed his pockets with $90 million between 1998 and 2003, and who has advised Obama on mortgage and housing policy matters, is black and therefore beyond criticism.
On a tip from Harris.
