Giving the Gift of Abortion
Here's the perfect gift for the moonbat on your list: an abortion.
Planned Parenthood, which in past years has promoted a "Choice on Earth" abortion campaign during the Christmas season, has a new outreach, offering Christmas gift certificates to be used for abortions.
Abortion gift cards are particularly appropriate during the Christmas season, in light of King Herod's mass slaughter of infants at the time of Christ's birth.
Get your Planned Parenthood gift cards today, each redeemable for one dead baby. Taxpayers may shower PP with hundreds of $millions per year, but they can't be expected to pick up all the costs. The country's most successful abortion mill franchise needs more cash if it's going to continue to make record profits.

On a tip from TED.

"Planned Parenthood". Ironic that they want to provide people with abortions who aren't very good at planning....... Does that mean PP has failed at their primary mission?
Posted by: Challoner at November 28, 2008 10:39 AM
I'd have to say yes, at least it's failed its original mission. If you look at the history of PP, its founder Margaret Sanger was a huge racist. Her original intent was to provide the, um "service" to people of, shall we say, an "urban" persuasion for eugenic purposes. It's since been co-opted by moonbats who just want to promote irresponsibility and break down the nurturing motherhood instinct, ultimately to replace it with a nanny state.

Planned Parenthood: an Oxymoron
Posted by: conservativeteen at November 28, 2008 12:07 PM
Sharpshooter,
Let me make sure I understand you correctly. It's ok for militant atheists to shout their message from the hilltop and judge those who don't agree with them, but those who follow a particular religion should just keep their mouths shut. Is that what you are implying? I smell a double standard,(among other things,)emanating from your post.

Next thing you know, they will be pushing abortion specials on telemarketing adds with Billy Haze yelling into the set...
"and if you order now, two, two for the price of one. All you pay for is the minor price of a second disposal fee...."

xantl,
But you can't wear your fur if you don't eat your meat!

God is saying to this nation (Repent)Repent means to turn away from sin, and a wicked lifestyle and those that are commandment brakers. Jesus Christ will forgive and wash away anyone sins. There is a sin that is not forgiven it is Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit ( Mathew Chapter 12-verses 31,32) READS....ALL MANNER OF SIN AND BLASPHEMY SHALL BE FORGIVEN UNTO MEN: BUT THE BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE HOLY GHOST SHALL NOT BE FORGIVEN UNTO MEN. Now is the time to repent and except Jesus christ as Lord and savior. Romans chapter 10 Verse 9...reads THAT IF THOU SHALT CONFESS WITH THY MOUTH THE lORD JESUS AND SHALT BELIEVE IN THINE HEART THAT GOD HATH RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD THOU SHALT BE SAVED. once again study the bible at (bible.com)
may blessing and understanding come on those that read and understand.

Hey Sharpshooter - you don't mind if I object to my tax dollars going towards an activity I find morally objectionable, do you? Thanks so much.

That was almost like English and pretty close to an actual sentence.
Not bad for a a moonbat, though.

Here ya go, from the Alaska website for PP:
http://www.plannedparenthood.org/alaska/anchorage-14026.htm
The First Mitzvah Mall!
Gifts” are in various price ranges beginning at $5 up to $50-$100. Shoppers receive decorative “gift cards” to present to the person in whose honor the gift was purchased. Check out these great gift cards from Planned Parenthood: One-Month Supply of Birth Control Pills, One Nuva Ring or Birth Control Patch (The Ring or The Patch), One Night’s Stay in a Hotel for Out-of-Town Patients, One HPV Vaccine Shot, and One PAP Test/Cervical Cancer Screening.
*Mitzvah is Hebrew for "good deed".
Good deed eh? Since when is destroying the unborn a good deed? Notice they offer motel gift cards for "out of town patients", meaning -- those in town for abortions. Ironic isn't it? There's room at the Inn for those wanting to murder their unborn, yet there was no room for Christ's parents at His birth.

This is from the article at WTHI Channel 10 in Terre Haute, IN.
I was hanging my head in shame because I thought it was just the Indiana Planned Murderhood. They try to pass it off as helping laid off workers get "reproductive care" but add that they decided they could apply them to abortions. What a group of evil libtards.

Van, that was a pretty astute observation you made, comparing PP's project to King Herod's. That hadn't occurred to me.

Why can't Sharpshooter ever hit the target?
Posted by: AndyPandy at November 29, 2008 8:35 AM
I followed the links, but I honestly can't find anything about there being gift cards to be used for an abortion. I see greeting cards and T-shirts with the message "Choice on Earth" and it's disgusting, but a gift card for an abortion I'm not seeing. Have I missed something?
Posted by: AnnieMcPhee at November 29, 2008 8:35 PM
Sharpshooter used to post on here as a misdirectional troll-- the kind that posts inflammatory comments seemingly coming from closed-minded right-wing fanatics. Looks like someone forgot to change his username before posting.

Thanks; though that link says, "PPH's spectacular SILENT AUCTION will entice guests with fine art, travel packages, jewelry, merchandise, gift certificates for services, fashion accessories and more." Of course some of their clinics definitely do abortions as services (and pap smears and birth control scrips, some rape stuff and referrals for abortions); I was thinking it was a card specifically for an abortion and nothing else.
I do think the greeting cards are really offensive, and actually it also makes me mad that they're selling the tables for ten grand a pop but people still have to bid on the gift cards. And gift cards? For PP? Good lord. Who would you give something like that to? No one who's there paying for one of those tables needs free help - what are they going to do, distribute them at middle schools?
