Christians Venture Into the Suburbs of Hell
Christian missionaries have long faced horrible fates by attempting to bring light to the darkest parts of the world, risking being set upon and even eaten by savages. This brave spirit continues, with some Christians so bold as to venture into the unholy abyss known as San Francisco. Here's the reception they received:
If allegedly oppressed homosexuals were ever treated like this, it might be enough to knock the Moonbat Messiah off the cover of some magazines.
An eyewitness reports:
We began to sing "Amazing Grace", and basically sang that song the whole night. (At some points we also sang "Nothing but the Blood of Jesus" and "Oh the Blood of Jesus".) At first, they just shouted at us, using crude, rude, and foul language and calling us names like "haters" and "bigots". Since it was a long night, I can't even begin to remember all of the things that were shouted and/or chanted at us. Then, they started throwing hot coffee, soda and alcohol on us and spitting (and maybe even peeing) on us. Then, a group of guys surrounded us with whistles, and blasted them inches away from our ears continually. Then, they started getting violent and started shoving us. At one point a man tried to steal one of our Bibles. Chrisdene noticed, so she walked up to him and said "Hey, that's not yours, can you please give it back?". He responded by hitting her on the head with the Bible, shoving her to the ground, and kicking her. I called the cops, and when they got there, they pulled her out of the circle and asked her if she wanted to press charges. She said "No, tell him I forgive him."
… Roger got death threats. As the leader of our group, people looked him in the eyes and said "I am going to kill you.", and they were serious. A cop heard one of them, and confronted him. (This part is kinda graphic, so you should skip the paragraph if you don't want to be offended.) It wasn't long before the violence turned to perversion. They were touching and grabbing me, and trying to shove things in my butt, and even trying to take off my pants - basically trying to molest me. I used one hand to hold my pants up, while I used the other arm to hold one of the girls. The guys huddled around all the girls, and protected them.
Some corners of the world appear to be beyond the reach of civilization — like the one that produced our Speaker of the House.
On a tip from Burning Hot.

Yep. That's San Francisco, alright. Foaming at the mouth liberals true to their hate.
I bet a couple of liberal trolls will be here any minute now to defend the wicked hateful perverts.
Posted by: Jimbo at November 18, 2008 9:47 AM
Well Jimbo, in all fairness, those Christians were walking around in public. They really should have known better.
Posted by: cowlove at November 18, 2008 9:55 AM
San Francisco: Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
Posted by: Naqamel at November 18, 2008 10:11 AM
Jimbo,
Dino hasn't come here yet because he's busy with his patent leather mask and spiked dog collar. His mom and dad will be heartbroken if their 14 year old son's secret is found out.

I noticed that guy speaking to the camera, telling Christians to stay out of gays' neighborhoods if they don't like the lifestyle. I say, fine. And I expect the gays he represents to return the favor by longer insisting on marching in other people's unrelated parades. Somehow, I think the fairness of that would be lost on him.
Posted by: brent at November 18, 2008 10:29 AM
Majority of my homosexual friends are motified by this sort of behavior and realize how hurtful it is to their cause (kind of like their embarrassment of the gay pride parades.)
It's weird how Dr. Seuss' "Sneeches on the Beaches" describes our world so perfectly. Everyone hates eachother for exactly the same reason, until no one can tell who to hate anymore. "Stars upon thars" sums it up.

Sodom and Gomorrah. If I were a righteous person living if SF, I'd get out now. Who needs a nuke? A 10+ on the Richter Scale would probably take care of it.

The next killer quake can come soon enough for San Fran Freaks Co.
Seeing the Golden Gate bridge collapsing will be a thing to behold.
Posted by: Anonymous at November 18, 2008 10:43 AM
Ahh, cowlove...so now "walking around in public" is verboten if you are Christian? Stop and think about that.
This is exactly the agenda. Marginalize anything that does not actively promote the gay lifestyle. Don't tell ME they aren't recruiting. Anyone or anything that gets in their way (esp. the church) is going to be destroyed, and due to political correctness, they've got the government on their side.
"They should have known better than to walk around in public." God, what have we come to?
They first came for the communists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a communist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.
Then they came for the Catholics, I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Catholic.
Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak up.

Yeah, I was pretty much being as sarcastic as possible.
It's kind of like that old woman who was beaten for exercizing her right to free speech. She totally should have known better...*eye roll*

If the roles were reversed the protestors would have been charged with a Federal Hate Crime.
Posted by: Anonymous at November 18, 2008 11:02 AM
Well, what would they think would happen in San Francisco??? Seriously?
Ever heard of the expression, "Insanity: Doing the same things over and over again expecting different results"?
You can't change people just like I cannot attempt to convert others to atheism. Those people going to the most atheist parts of the country to "enlighten the dark" are just as dumb as the moonbats you speak of!!
Posted by: virgomonkey at November 18, 2008 11:18 AM
Yeah, they should have known that in a liberal area of San Francisco they don't have the right to peacefully assemble without being assaulted.
Posted by: Harris at November 18, 2008 11:29 AM
virgomonkey,
Their effectiveness is not at issue here. They have a right to express their beliefs. It's guaranteed by the Constitution. Look it up if you don't believe me.
You're essentially saying we shouldn't be surprised that these perverts are behaving like animals. Guess what...we're not. The problem (for you at least) is that we as a nation are not ruled by the frantic brayings of a rabid minority. We are ruled by law and the will of the electorate, two things this group and others like them have shown nothing but contempt for.
Please keep up with your line about how these Christians should've known better. It undermines any argument you could make simply because it's such ludicrous garbage.
Posted by: cowlove at November 18, 2008 11:29 AM
Nancy Pelosi represents these people very well. They couldn't ask for a better spokesperson for their values. When you flee San Francisco (if you are ever so crazy as to be there) remember--don't look back!
Posted by: SnowSnake at November 18, 2008 11:34 AM
Ah... The Peoples Republic of San Francisco.
Once Obama is installed, things like this will become daily occurances to the point where people will just shrug their shoulders, put their head down and keep moving.
Posted by: Anonymous at November 18, 2008 11:44 AM
So what virgomonkey is saying is that the St. Louis Rams should have known better than to play the San Francisco 49ers this last weekend. Well, what would they think would happen in San Francisco??? Seriously?
Posted by: C-Bug at November 18, 2008 11:45 AM
So, virgomonkey admits that atheists are incapable of tolerance.
Posted by: V the K at November 18, 2008 11:54 AM
virgomonkey:
Your point would carry more weight if these street proselytizers had tried this at a Ching-A-Ling or Hell's Angels bar, or perhaps on a street in the territory of the East Compton Cholos. Those folks neither preach nor practice 'tolerance'. Then the argument could be made that such an effort to 'try to spread Light in Darkness', while brave, was rather reckless and (because they brought women with them) irresponsible.
That these street proselytizers got this reception from a group of people forever demanding tolerance from everyone else, all the while imputing it to themselves without actually practicing it, is further evidence of the hollowness of their rhetoric.

V the K,
I am an atheist who has been coming back to this blog for years now because I truly believe in the conservative view on life (i.e. smaller governmental intrusion, lower taxes, traditional marriage (although not for religious reasons, but simply because it's correct), strong defense, et al), but I take a little offense to your "atheists are incapable of tolerance" remark.
Now I know I am in the minority of this group, but think about it; you're applying a stereotype to all atheists.
Thanks for listening...
Posted by: Fuzzlenutter at November 18, 2008 12:48 PM
Fuzzlenutter, I didn't say it. Virgomonkey said it. Take it up with him.

Posted by: Fuzzlenutter at November 18, 2008 12:54 PM
Are you serious? You're going to get upset about someone saying atheists are intolerant? Of all the things on here to respond to, you zero in on that?
I'm an atheist. I read the comment. My fragile sensitivities were not injured.
Listen, if it don't apply, let it fly.
Posted by: Harris at November 18, 2008 1:07 PM
Or, V the K, do you simply hate all atheists as much as many of them seem to hate you and will lie to one that is actually on your side, politically speaking?
I had to through that little bit of condescension in there because of your "Whatever happened to reading comprehension?" remark...
Posted by: Fuzzlenutter at November 18, 2008 1:07 PM
My fragile sensitives?
I don't know what to say. I find the fact that my non-belief is always being ridiculed wherever I go and I decide to "nicely" point out that not all of us are intolerant and I get crap for it from another non-believer?
I pointed out a remark that V the K made and he came back telling me that he did not say it.
Harris tell me; what should I have said?
Posted by: Fuzzlenutter at November 18, 2008 1:14 PM
Look, Shana, why don't you go back to pretending to be a British patriot, or something? Because I honestly don't care what you think of me, and I'm just not in the mood to argue with schizoid lunatics today.

I can't speak for VtheK, but that's not how I read his comment at all. It seemed he was attributing an obviously false argument to virgomonkey's thoughtless comment because that's essentially what he or she (virgomonkey) was saying.
For you to get so huffy over it shows some pretty thin skin and, yes, a lack of reading comprehension.

One should say "Radical Atheist" like one would refer to "Radical Islamist" or "Radical Muslim". Or replace Radical with Militant - both are accurate, though Militant is probably best now that I think about it. The same could be used to describe Militant Christian cults like that weird family that goes around disrupting funeral services of war veterans.

And VtheK, all I did was try to make a simple point and I was ravaged by others. Where are your insults towards me, or do you simply lay back and let others do your bidding?
Posted by: Fuzzlenutter at November 18, 2008 1:44 PM
I imagine I'll be pegged as a troll for this comment, but what the hell... For purposes of disclaimer, I'll just mention that I'm a happily married hetero woman, a dead-beat Catholic, I don't consider myself to be particularly liberal, the Folsom Street Fair rather freaks me out (and kinda freaks out most of my gay friends, too), and I just happen to live in the Castro. I love the Castro. I have terrific neighbours, the weather is a bit nicer here than in the rest of SF, there is a feeling of "community" here that is not at all dissimilar to the feeling of community that most readers/commenters would ascribe to their own hometowns. I own a flat just off 18th and Castro Streets, which is the main junction of the Castro. My favourite post-church Sunday morning breakfast joint is right on that corner, my MUNI stop is right on that corner. It is my home.
Unfortunately, it is also a popular tourist destination and hot-spot for protesters. I was privy to the "peaceful protest" you described above, (along with the protests that happen every other day) and there is rarely anything "peaceful" about them. I was awake until 4 in the morning listening to some obese mid-westerner shrieking "Repent!" at the top of his lungs last week. I can't walk down the street with my best friend-- or grandmother, for that matter-- without a protester snapping pictures or screaming misinterpreted Bible drivel at us. (And, for the record, I'm not having sex with my female friends or relatives, thank you very much.) I'm not going to move, and I'm not even really trying to come of as full of of complaints... I just want to point out that there are many, many sides to every story.
Also, if you're reading this, Guy Who Threw A Thermos Through My Window, I apologise if the fire-extinguisher foam I blasted you with caused any lasting damage. It was late, I was angry, and what you did was completely uncalled for.

Basically, my message to 'Fuzzlenutter' was, "Get over it."
You want to know why I said that? Because I knew it would become something stupid and meaningless to take over the thread.
V the K, is this the Shana character crying about Europe being a Third World hellhole the other night? I read that and thought, "Man, STFU."
Posted by: Harris at November 18, 2008 1:51 PM
Lol, "ravaged."
Look, you misunderstood a comment and how it related to someone else's comment. You're already coming in on the tail end of a discussion between two parties. You are not one of those parties. Then you cling to your misguided interpretation in the face of clarification from the author and other readers. Then you equate said clarification with being "ravaged," apparently because I didn't include smiley faces. Who knows?
Like I said, you need some thicker skin.

That would be a radical as NOW protesting CAIR.

V the K, is this the Shana character crying about Europe being a Third World hellhole the other night? I read that and thought, "Man, STFU."
I am not 100%, but if I were a betting man I'd bet that there is. First, there's the Moby-thing, feigning agreement with some parts of what she perceives to be "conservative," followed by a harsh denunciation of some other aspect. Second, there's the complete failure to understand (or deliberate mischaracterization) of someone else's comment. Third, the shrill, hectoring yet vaguely passive-aggressive tone. Fourth, the focus on my own bad self. Shana seems to have a particular problem with me (as does Fez, come to think of it), and Fuzz showed up specifically to pick a fight with me, and did so in the same manner Shana used before.
I think Fuzzlenutter probably is Shana/Britbart/Whatever, but I also don't particularly care if it isn't.

I think my analysis of Dino earlier today fits most every troll I see on here. I remember several years ago I went to a very liberal blog because I very naively wanted to understand their views. Big mistake; I was not welcome and promptly excused myself.
However, trolls on this site, and I am sure others, exude a need for interaction. Most likely they never developed what you and I would refer to as proper social behavior; they crave attention, and perceive any reaction to their behavior as a fulfillment of that craving. When you cannot discriminate between positive and negative attention either one becomes desirable. As our trolls illustrate, though, negative attention takes far less effort.

Harris, one of the things I learned as a foster parent is that kids who've been neglected learn to act out because it's the only thing that got them attention from their dysfunctional families.

Posted by: Fuzzlenutter at November 18, 2008 2:34 PM
That's interesting that you were a foster parent; I used to work with juvenile delinquents. Many came from or went into foster homes.
That is basically what I was saying. Children need attention, and if negative attention is all they can get, they will do what it takes to get it. The sad part is they often learn to associate that negative attention with love.
Posted by: Harris at November 18, 2008 2:36 PM

Conservatives DID intend to destroy the government that they feel has gotten in the way of them making money with unfettered freedom to pollute, cheat, lie and steal with impunity. Now they run to the government for bailouts.

"Once Obama is installed, things like this will become daily occurances to the point where people will just shrug their shoulders, put their head down and keep moving."
No, it'll probably get worse. There will probably be some law passed forbidding the police from helping or protecting the Christians, so the perverts will be free to attack them or do anything else they want.
"If the majority had voted to restrict the rights of xtians, they'd be blowing things up in retaliation."
No, you're thinking of Muslims. When have Christians done the things you're associating them with in that brainless comment?
Let me put it another way, using a compare/ contrast exercise:
A couple years ago, Rolling Stone Magazine published an issue which had as its cover a picture of Kanye West dressed as Jesus on the Cross. As expected, many Christians were deeply offended at this mockery of their (And my) Savior. How did they react to it? They organized boycotts of Rolling Stone, started letter- writing campaigns, and engaged in other such nonviolent means of expressing their displeasure. Now, consider what happened when a certain Danish newspaper published cartoons of Mohammad. How did the naturally offended Muslims react? They rioted, destroyed stuff, killed people, and their clerics put out a death warrant on the cartoonist who made the images.
When Christians are insulted or discriminated against, they rely on nonviolent resistance methods.
"Feed them to the lions like they did back when."
Thanks for openly admitting how you and so many other freaks and perverts like you feel about those people who dare to disagree with you, you bigoted prick.
Oh, and blaming Republicans for our country's economic hardships is too ridiculous for words, mainly due to two factors which contributed largely to the economy problems:
1. Liberals in Congress forced banks to give hefty loans to people who they knew would be incapable of paying them back, in the name of "Social justice."
2. Fannie and Freddy were allowed to grow bigger and more bloated, as a result of the Democrats ignoring the warnings that Bush, McCain, and other Republicans gave about the situation until it was too late.
Our economy is undoubtedly going to get even worse under the Obama administration, as a result of all the massive tax hikes he's got on the horizon, and all the massive spending measures he's promised to implement.

I heard that the majority of the vote were from the black community. I guess they are Ball-less to take their protest down the hill in the ghetto.

More shotty one sided reporting from the moon_brat – The true story of what happened is that Christian dushbags have been going to 18 Street to harass the gay and lesbian community for some time, on 11/14/08 the people were sick of this repetitive punishment from the Christians and did exactly as the Christians were doing to them harass them, I say good work!

Dino or faux-Dino whichever one,
Before you start bashing me, take a look at my i.q. I have a 115-point i.q. and have had some of my poems published in a book. I was known throught my school as a skilled artist, but not as good as the others. I picked up watercolor and ran with it, making several watercolors paintings that no doubt could and would have sold for a preety penny. AND I am a christen and a conservitive. Take that in your pipe and smoke it.

I worked in SF for about 5 years as a dotcom CEO. When we weren't being raped by landlords jacking up insane rents, we had to smell the place and get our nostrils raped as well.
There are over 200 tons of human waste deposited on San Francisco streets annually. That has apparently created problems with water treatment, because SF drainage has such high E. coli that it must be treated before it gets to the ocean. This in a perpetually rainy and freezing city.
But the real reward is in the summer. We had second story offices and had to have the windows open because there was no air conditioning in our $2.80sf space. So when the sun started heating the sidewalk the urine there would start evaporating up into our windows to the point that your eyes would tear up from the ammonia while you were trying to work.
I remember the day after we signed the lease it was a heat wave, and we all went downstairs so that we could breathe and escape the urine fumes. There was a guy sitting on the curb eating a pigeon with his bare hands.

Well, it can not be said enough. The DEMOCRATIC PARTY Voters of CA took the wind out of Gayness in CA. DEMOCRATIC Votes made Yes on Prop 8 a reality.
Prop 8 won by a landslide according to how the vote gap (the same for the presidents race as for Prop 8) according to Obamaites own methods of claiming the point spread.
Too bad Uneducated DEMOCRATIC PARTY Voters said no to Gay Marriage in CA.
They voted for Obama but told Gays that they are not good enough.
Go ahead, attack people from one little church, compared to the total population of Bigoted DEMOCRATIC PARTY Voters who hate Gays in CA.
Posted by: Oiao at November 18, 2008 7:13 PM
Well Oiao, let's see how it holds up in court. Even if it withstands this challenge it will eventually be reversed. The movement is always towards more freedom annd equality, despite the efforts of losers like you and the other conservatives. You didn't keep any other group down even in the face of court decisions like Dred Scott which said blacks weren't even human. And here we have a half-black guy who kiced the old man albino's butt.
You go ahead and rejoice your one small victory before we reverse it. If you look at the history of gay relationships you'll be amazed. I remember when Vermont legalized civil unions you people said the world would end. Now you're haviing to spend millions to stop us from full-on marriage only to likely be reversed. Even the leaders of the Mormon churhc said they would approve civil unions, a HUGE step forward. But we'll still destroy as many of their businesses as we can as punishment for their actions so far. We wouldn't miss out on that!
And remember, I also get to celebrate about Focus on the Fascist laying off a record number of people thanks to their half million dollar contribution to Prop 8. Yes, that is a SWEET side effect.
Enjoy the memory of Prop 8 as you stew for 8 years under President Obama and his Democrat-controlled Congress!

Oh so sad, too bad.
You can look at the factual voting counts put out by the CA Democratic Party and see the truth.
Dumb Bigoted DEMOCRATIC PARTY VOTERS hate Gays in CA.
Oh so sad.
Very doubtful that a court will turn this vote. The case precidence is weak at best in CA.
Oh so sad to be a dumb Obama voter that was to dumb to know that the Gays also needed a "No" vice a "Yes" to win.
Dumb and stupid. Perfect voters for Obama. Not so great for the uppity Gays in CA.

Dino. Its just killing you that I am correct.
Obama, the President-Elect will do his thing for 4 years and there will be another election. Everyone, including some of the Democrats I know (many of whom are now questioning the vote for him) think this will be a lame duck Carter like Administration that may do even more damage than Carter did. So be it.
But, the Vote on Prop 8 really stings. The results of that will last longer than a lame duck Obama Administration. Ouch. Oh so sad.
The Democratic friends I have may end up being sorry they voted for Obama, but none of them are sorry for the way they voted on Prop 8.
That fact is not going to change in 4 years.
Personally, I did not loose. McCain was not my candidate. I can coast throught the next 4 years and not be upset by Obam in the White House.
Personally, I did win on Prop 8.
Oh so sad that the MAJORITY OF DEMOCRATIC PARTY VOTERS IN CA VOTE AGAINST THE GAY AGENDA. And this will not change in 4 years.
If the Gay community does not behave themselves, it might be 10 or 20 years before Bigoted DEMOCRATIC PARTY Voters forgive them.
Get it :-)

What ARE you high on Dino-wimp?
Posted by: Jimbo at November 18, 2008 8:17 PM
Dino you fight a hard fight here and you have my respect for that. I'm glad you're here and here's why:
When you leave college you will be on the path to becoming a great American. You care passionately about your country, and you come over here right into the lion's mouth to face off with us boring old conservatives.
We all start off in life as highly liberal - just look around you at your young friends. It's a seductive feeling to be a revolutionary and kick The Man in the shin. Without a lot of life experience to teach us why things are the way they are, it's a pure adrenaline rush to just ignore it.
When I was a crazed Lib I hated conservatives more than you. They represented every reason that I had achieved nothing in life. So I went around spraypainting Anarchy logos all over the dorms, and thought it was pretty cool. I had no place in the world, no information on how to change that situation, and all I could learn from my professors was how to become a professor.
I was as far away from the American Dream as it's possible to be, and I wanted all successful Establishment Americans to feel my pain. I wanted the downfall of every US institution, because they clearly weren't looking out for me.
Because I could not articulate specifically why I hated The Man so much, I made analogies like "Nazis" and "Greed" to rationalize my opinion. Everything The Man stood for was wrong - and I could always give vague epithet-laden answers why (though free from facts or context). I didn't want to understand the incredible complexity of business and government. That wasn't nearly as much fun as hating it.
So Dino your visit here is a breath of youth to we who were just like you years ago. Today most Moonbattery readers have grown to have the responsibilities and accomplishments that always make one conservative, and I think your energy and passion will turn in a positive direction.

"Well Oiao, let's see how it holds up in court."
And so you reveal the left's favorite tactic for implementing their deranged agenda: Manipulating the judicial system to go against the will of the American people. I normally have very little respect for Bill O'Reilly, but he made a good point in one part of his book Culture Warrior: The left knows that the majority of their sick, twisted agenda consists of things that the vast majority of Americans would never support, and consequently would vote against (Case in point, gay marriage being banned in several states in this election). So, to get around the little hurdle of not being able to implement their agenda through the voting box, they rely on filling the courts with all the liberal activist judges they can find, who are eager to pervert the Constitution and make rulings that go against the will of the American people.
"Do all christians and conservatives have persecution fantasies?"
Well, considering that in your own posts on this thread you've said that, a) Christians should be fed to lions, and b) Republicans should be sent to labor camps in the desert, I'd say you're pretty well expressing how you and your kind feel about those who dare to disagree with you (And I'm not even counting the post you made at 8:01 pm, on the grounds that hopefully that was just a joke). I'm greatly opposed to many aspects of liberalism, but I'd never wish either of those things on them simply for disagreeing with me. The next time you want to confront bigotry, Dino, take a good long look in the mirror.

The economy won't be fixed in 4 years when republicans had 30 to screw it up.
Ye...eah.. Okay. Notice how for the first 29 and 3 quarters of those years (pretty sure you're off with your count there but I'm using your figures anyway) it was decidedly NOT screwed up? What could have happened in the interim? Is it just totally a coincidence that the bailout and its "root causes" sorta happen to coincide PRECISELY with a resurgent Democratic party? Yeah, must be. Oh, hey, any progress on the homework you were given - looking into why Fre/FMC were offering subprime loans in the first place and how implied federal backing affected tradeability of MBS? What's the matter - afraid it'd undermine your silly generic "REpublicans were In contROL and tehy BROKE TEH ECONOMY BURN SUCKERS OBAMASSIAH IS GONNA KICK YO ASSES" fantasy? Cos, you know, that's okay too if that's the way it is.
Meanwhile, back in reality, we are now seeing the disastrous effects of what even A LITTLE socialism does to an economy by derailing it. The choices available to fix it would be a) removing/avoiding that LITTLE BIT of socialism with its very big effects, or b) adding A LOT MORE socialism. Apparently you're betting on b) being the correct answer so more power to you, I guess.
That said, I would return to a top tax rate of 70%
Go right ahead. Hey it sure as hell worked with reviving the stock market, huh? As soon as The One was announced as President-Elect, the realization that his wise and thoughtful punitive tax policies would likely become a reality in short order helped stocks a whole bunch, I mean, right? I mean they must have done, otherwise that would mean that the financial profession in its entirety disagrees with The Messiah about economics and how could that be? Hm they must all be racist bigots or something. Off to the re-education camps with them, then!
...after rounding up republicans and putting them in work camps in the Mojave.
Cool, get Bill Ayers onto building those right away!
Hm, what is it with you leftists and the work camps for specific sets of people? Aren't you supposed to be the ones who want freedom and equality? Why is the first thing that comes to mind with you people always slavery and dehumanization of your opponents for their perceived sins? Hey, it's not like WE don't know the answer to that, so don't take it as anything but rhetorical, but you might want to think about what your answer would be, all the same.
Close the MBA programs.
No more professional education for those in the financial sector! They disagree with The One on how the economy is run so they forfeit their right to be better qualified than him! Yeah, um, for starters I would love to see you try this, and I would also love to see what happens to the economy afterwards. "Three decades of uninterrupted economic expansion has been derailed and markets have been in a downturn for several months now! Capitalism, free markets, and the entire compendium of economic knowledge that has been running them for over a century have failed! The only way to save the economy now is to let lawyers and liberal career politicians run it! To the barricades! Kill the MBA programs! Revolucion!"
Yeah, yeah. Talk is cheap.
Huge, high tariffs on products produced overseas by American corporations.
...because the unions that back the left and the Democrats made American labour less competitive. But never mind that - Quick, stuff is being produced overseas in more competitive labour markets, QUICK, KILL THE PRODUCERS! DIVVY UP THEIR MONEY AMONGST THE WORKERS AND THE PEOPLE (SO THAT THEY CAN PAY MOST OF IT IN THE FORM OF COMPULSARY UNION DUES, HIGHER TAXES AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE DEMOCRAT PARTY.)
Whatever, man. Air2Air's post to you shows he is a smart, insightful dude, and you should take what he says to heart. Hell I had to learn that kind of shit in a hurry - I'm still only 25 and I got over my liberal leftist days when I had to start fending for myself or starving. And don't hang too much hope on Obama because the guy is only a blank slate for people to project their desires on (by his own admission) and your desires don't have as much money or power backing them as labour unions, the Democrat party and everyone else who will now want a piece of the Presidential pie.

Oral Roberts University to lay off 100
http://www.newsok.com/oral-roberts-university-to-lay-off-100/article/3322780
TULSA (AP) - Oral Roberts University said Monday it would lay off about 100 employees, days after it announced a near-$450,000 separation agreement with its former president who resigned amid a spending scandal.
The school, with a budget this fiscal year of about $91.8 million, is more than $17 million in debt.

"Hm, what is it with you leftists and the work camps for specific sets of people? Aren't you supposed to be the ones who want freedom and equality?"
That's because Dino, like so many other liberals, is a massive hypocrite. He only wants freedom and equality (Or ANY rights, for that matter) for people like him and people who disagree with him, he'd have anyone who disagrees with him shipped off to concentration camps because he's let himself become so full of hatred. Fortunately, thank God, Dino is NOT in power or any kind of position of authority to impose his demented plans on the American people, and even someone as liberal as Obama would have enough sense to not implement such plans, either.

The true church is almost ready because Jesus told everyone to be ready but many still don'nt believe and many have lost there way. But You still have a chance to be save by accepting Jesus christ into your life. In the Book of (John chapter 3) Jesus is speaking to a man name Nicodemus who was a Pharisees a ruler of the jews, he came to Jesus (privetly) and he said " I know that thou are a teacher come from God:for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said" verly , verily I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him. How can a man be born a second time into his mother's womb. and be born? Jesus answered, Verily verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the spirit he cannot (enter) into the kingdom of God. Statist intervention in the marketplace is what's messed things up. And Dino, the economy has only been in a bad state of affairs since the DEMOCRATS took control of congress. Well now we seem to have gotten way off the subject here. I like to look at the bright side. Homosexuality is a self defeating action, meaning none of the gays will produce offspring to carry on their 'faith'. Heterosexuals on the other hand will be happily reproducing themselves into a majority of hard working conservative voters.
Yes the sexual revolution has produced a gigantic volume of moonbats with which we must for a time contend, inclusing one moonbat messiah born of the generation just mentioned. Be patient my friends this fire will burn it's self out and we will recapture our beloved conservative America once again. Or our grandchildren will. And they will be better guards of it than we were.
The only other acceptable action is: Invade their countries. Kill their leaders. Convert them all to Christianity.

"This person is so clueless and ignorant of the current situation that he could only be a college student or a Democratic Party operative."
Judging from his relentless hurling of brainless insults, and his inability to listen to anything we have to say, I'd say he's probably the former of the two.

so on the one hand you have right wing christians beating, torturing and/or executing homosexuals they don't like. then on the other you have homsexuals yelling and blowing whistles at right wing christians they don't like. and it's the homosexuals that have gone too far. got it.

Eric buddy,
If homosexuality is slf-defeating, why do we still have homos? In fact, there's more all the time! Wanna know why? WE RECRUIT YOUR SONS AND DAUGHTERS!
Then there's all the married family men I've had sex with over the years........

John,
In what country do Christians kill homosexuals?

Serves them right. Now they know how it feels to be harassed in public by a bunch of people they don't know all because they were just being Christians. We forgive you.

@Farmer Ted - The United States of America for one. Would you like a list?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Violence_against_LGBT_people#Examples_of_extralegal_violence
I'm curious to see if you can find a comparable list of violence and murder committed against Christians by homosexuals. That one took me about two minutes to locate. If I took more time to research it properly, I'm sure 100s more examples could be found. The people defending their neighborhood from the message of hate brought in by these folks have done nothing remotely approximating what has been done to the gay community by those who fear and loathe it. The time for gays to take this lying down is over, they will stand up for themselves, and as a sane and moral human being, I will stand with them.

This is what was done wrong. Back in 1969 at the Stonewall Riots the police should have opened fire on the rioting homos and not stopped shooting them until the rioting end.
