Wikipedia Locks Rashid Khalidi Page Until After Election

Wikipedia has its limited uses, but serving as an objective political reference is not one of them. Obama only needs to keep the lid on his radical associations for a few more days, and he has a better than even chance to inflict unprecedented moonbattery on this country. The MSM is doing its part by keeping its mouth shut about terrorist scum like Obama's close friends Bill Ayers and Rashid Khalidi. Wikipedia is pitching in by keeping other people's mouths shut. The Rashid Khalidi page has been locked until after the election.

It's ominous how Obamunists seem to assume it won't matter what the public knows once they've seized power. You can't help but think of the African saying, "One man, one vote, one time."

On a tip from Burning Hot.

Update:

As Thulsa Doom points out in the comments, a Wikipedia page being locked doesn't mean you can't see it; it means you can't edit it. The point is to keep new information about Obama's close relationship with this Arab terrorist suppressed until after the election.

Comments

After an Obama win, a LOT of things will be locked and unavailable. Look for this to happen on Websites all over the internet. TV (or should I say "Fox") and talk radio will suddenly become very empty. Our media will start to resemble N. Korea or Red China.

Live free or die.

Dark days are ahead indeed. When the Obama-Pelosi-Reid Troika takes over it will be impossible to turn on the TV without seeing The Messiah deviously smiling back at you.

Yep. George Orwell just got the date wrong.

I just went to Wikepedia and opened the page on Khalidi. No problem!

I believe that the issue is that it's locked for editing, Darrel (meaning that if anyone has anything varifiable to add to the article, they can't).

I also was able to pull up the khalidi page. You shouldn't count Wiki as the final word on anything anyway.

It isn't about the page being locked from viewing... it's about it being locked from editing. It's to keep any potential facts about him from surfacing in the last days of the election. My guess is someone had some chunk of info on there that was potentially damaging and the Wikipedia staffers scrapped the editing feature so that it couldn't be seen. And I agree... you can't take Wikipedia at face value; anything I read on there I make damn sure is referenced well. I usually use Wikipedia like I do a real encyclopedia: a starting point for more in-depth research elsewhere.

Maybe someone tried to publish the fact that McCain gave money to his organization when he was chairman of the IRI.

The information you are sharing is mis-information.

I have absolutely no problem with discourse on the facts but why bother fretting about nonsense?

I can understand that you support McCain/Palin and I can respect that. What bothers me is that you are willing to spread rumors and innuendos about the left. Winning at any cost. Any lie.

And please, don't tell me Obama lies too. They are both politicians and they both lie. But I don't hear hateful bs coming out of Obama's mouth.
Or Biden's. But I do hear bs like "pro-American part of the country" and "paling around with terrorists" and "Muslim". These are all meant to scare you, not enlighten you.

And THATS what pisses me off. At least vote on the facts.

uh...Anon, we're more than willing to vote on the facts. Why not tell us the facts? You seem to be hell bent on us not even discussing this, so please tell us about Obama's relationship with Khalidi, or tell us why it shouldn't matter other than that you don't want it to matter.

But you won't. All you do is say "It's all lies! Lies I tell you!" But you won't tell us what the truth is. What was Obama doing there? Did he really praise this guy? Did this guy's wife really babysit Obama's kids? And give us proof, not just more "because Obama says so" crap.

That's the problem with the left. We want facts and answers, you guys simply want to silence the opposition.

Okay, here is the truth.

A responsible person would have at least have a passing knowledge of his work before making wild accusations.

You should never take anything you read or hear at face value, especially from politicians. RESEARCH. Thats what the internet is for.
