I don't think the mere act of "booing" a candidate's supporters is somehow intolerant. The thing that worries me is that the true hard-left freaks in this country would view an Obama presidency as a green light for all sorts of outlandish behavior. Of course, there was all sorts of social lunacy in the aftermath of the Russian revolution; people were foolish enough to believe that a new era of "enlightenment" and "progress" had begun. Then the hammer dropped and millions went to the gulags or worse. Oops. So, you booing masses, enjoy the free political speech while you can.

To be a liberal you have to believe that the further you are from reality, the more morally pure your argument. When you get as crazy as these people, you see yourself on such high ground that being tolerant doesn't enter the picture. You can't even see the other side from that point.
