Assuming 1 death per week thats 52 per year. Even if they spend $8 billion and kept all 52 from dying it would mean spending $150 million to prevent each death. Or would it? The judge reaches a conclusion after reading that 1 dies per week? Thats it? Who decided they died of neglect? Most were probably crack heads. Then based on just that orders massive spending? Ok, its Moonbattery in California and is no suprise. Its good seeing The RINO Governator getting the screws put to him. He could always order SKYNET to send an army of T-850 Terminators to attack the courthouse.

It was only a matter of time before the UN blamed the US for every financial problem in the history of the planet, and began angling for a major UN power grab to oversee global financial markets

(Needless to say, the Europeans are on board with handing power over to Europe to untangle the mess the Americans have made of everything)
