This sounds like one moron being a violent jackass, probably working out his other frustrations in his life on complete strangers, who are also defenseless, so offer no immediate physical threat to his manly beating of them. The things is, I don't this is representative, particularly, of liberals or Obama supporters.

On the other hand, the reporter making up "conservatives" shouting "kill him!" at Palin rallies is entirely consistent with liberals, Obama, and their supporters, and is emblematic of what they do and how they labor to secure their power under false pretenses, but sewing fear and trying to paint a false picture that every working family that shops and Wal-Mart, goes to PTA meetings, and wants to build a career or a business that doesn't involve being a lawyer, college professor, or politician is some violent redneck just waiting to beat somebody up.

This story is just one guy, being a goober. The made-up story of a person shouting "kill him!" at a Palin rally is emblematic of how the left and the press work together to attack and marginalize middle-America. They have their template of flyover country, and if they don't actually hear someone shout "kill him" at Obama's name at a Palin rally, they know how those rednecks are. Someone there must've shouted it, because it was a rally full of Palin supporting rednecks!

They're deep hatred of Wal-Mart shopping, gun-toting, beer-drinking, NASCAR-watching, fried-food eating Americans generally is the thing that gets me. It's just so ass-backwards.

Look, you can point out that blacks are voting 90+% for the O, and that many of them are doing so simply because of the color of his skin (which actually IS racist, imho). You can point out that they're fools for doing so. We're voting for POTUS, not Prom King.

You can point out that many of them have had this built up to such a fever pitch that, yes, there will probably be violence on election night either way it goes, but certainly a lot if the Messiah loses. You can point out that you (like myself) won't stand for that violence being pointed in your direction and are ready and willing to defend yourself if necessary.

I have found almost 100% of the time that when someone says he isn't for either candidate... he's for Obama. And he has a sucker punch waiting for you behind his back. Just seems to work out that way.
