Moonbat Messiah Doesn't Regret Letting Us Know He Will Spread Our Wealth Around

Bill Ayers proudly affirms that he doesn't regret a long list of terrorist bombings, even if they did clue us in to the agenda he's been advancing as part of the education establishment, so why would his protégé Barack Obama regret letting us know that he plans to "spread the wealth around" at the expense of anyone foolish enough to create any? After all, he's got both the media and ACORN on his side. What are capitalist pigs like Joe the Plumber going to do about it?

On a tip from J.

And the stock market doesn't mind telling Obama that it doesn't like the idea of him becoming President at all.

For every dollar my taxes go up I will give 1 less dollar to charity. And Im sure many others will be doing the same. People dont mind giving, they just dont want the government wasting their money.

I am dumbfounded by the Sarah Palin HATRED.

Maybe someone won't vote for the ticket she occupies, but the loathing escapes me.

hatred of women
hatred of beauty

HAS TO STOP

It's all part of the great dumbing down

Change
He’ll change our bank accounts into change in our pockets.

Change
He'll change my gun cabinet into a china cabinet.

Change
He'll change freedom of OUR speech into freedom of ONLY his speech.

Change
He'll change the free market into the tax market.

Change
He'll change illegal aliens into instant, welfare grabbing ‘citizens’.

Change
He'll change talk radio to solar static.

Change
He'll change our Bibles into hate literature.

Change
He'll change hope to despair.

There’s going to be change, alright.

Posted by: Jimbo at October 24, 2008 8:30 PM

He'll do no such thing.

First, the Christian right is doing just fine making changing the Bible into hate literature. I'm not being glib. It has gotten out of hand when anyone not practicing your brand of Christianity is some how evil. Please, stop.

Bush has done a fine job of turning hope into despair. The economy is going down, we're in debt to the Chinese, we can't afford the war, and the unemployment rate is going to soar. Some of us already only have change in our pocket and that's thanks to no regulation and rampant greed. And who did the Bush administration elect to pay for all that? You and me.

No one is going to take you talk radio away. Please.

No one will take your guns away. But, please, try to keep them out of the hands of the mentally ill and away from kids.

There better be a change - for the better and not for more Bush policy.

The stock market is not reacting to a possible Obama win. It is reacting to 8 years of unchecked, rampant greed.

Get a grip on yourselves.

Posted by: Anonymous at October 24, 2008 10:21 PM

"It is reacting to 8 years of unchecked, rampant greed."

Quite. If by greed you mean an asinine policy of bad risk mortgage loans made for "fairness" (pout when you say it, kind of like a spoonful of sugar with the nasty medicine). Loans through Fannie and Freddie which both McCain and Bush tried to rein in.

Or did you mean those evil capitalists? Careful, your leftist fig leaf is showing.

Posted by: comet at October 24, 2008 11:25 PM

"It is reacting to 8 years of unchecked, rampant greed."

How about 30 years of unchecked, rampant greed. I became eligible to vote in 1978 and have
witnessed regulation, deregulation, wars, congressional pay raises and sweet health-care packages. I have lived through oil shortages and gluts, the wall street crash of 87, rampant unemployment cycles and more congressional pay raises. Tax hikes, tax cuts and "stimulus" packages have been thrown around to appease the masses.

Every four years I have witnessed commercials, adds and mailings describing to me how this is going to change and how that is going to be fixed. I have witnessed slander and libel and misrepresentation. I have been lied to. I have seen billions (if not trillions) of dollars spent to obtain the "holy grail" of the presidency.

I have somehow managed to survive all this. I have had good years and bad years but have mostly stayed on the game in spite of it.

While the president may attempt to set the tone, it is the congress who approves war, raises or lowers taxes, passes fiscal policies and budgets and yes approve pay raises for themselves. It is congress who determines which programs/regulations should be cut, increased or started. It is congress who runs this country, not the president.

These are the people we should be concerned about. These are the people who are getting wealthier off our backs. These are the people who "supposedly" represent us.

My apologies for the rant but I am growing tired of the dem vs. repub scenario and all of its trappings. "We the People" should take a bit more time to listen and analyze what these people are actually about instead of running with snappy catch phrases and bumper stickers. "We the People" are Americans first and should take this "fundamental" notion to the polling booth.

He's also not ashamed of doing a lot of other things. Like having children cry to there grand parents to have them vote for him even though he has some rather grinch-like beliefs:

Oh, sure, Obama's never going to try to take away our first and second amendment rights, and he's not going to put in a socialist economic policy. Just like he never worked with ACORN, he didn't know Rev. Wright was a racist, and Bill Ayers was just a guy in his neighborhood.

If a man lies about his past, why should we believe what he says he plans to do in the future?

Posted by: V the K at October 25, 2008 3:58 AM

"No one is going to take you talk radio away. Please."
Obama's just going to castrate talk radio by pushing the Fairness Doctrine, which would cause many conservative talk radio stations (Whom the Doctrine is aimed directly at) to shift focus and instead focus on sports and music rather than compromise their convictions.

I can't even address everything that is wrong here. I'll just pick one thing. So, I'll just pick the economy.

Blaming it on the poor is simple minded and wrong.

The economy isn't in a tail spin because of bad mortgages. For those of you who want to know what happened here's a site for you:

The Obamunists have a theory that Obama is the socialist Reagan, that he will come to power in a recession, the economy will turn around, and he will usher in an era of European-style social democracy (which even Europe is souring on).

The flaw in their theory is that Obama’s economic policies will deepen and prolong the recession. It is simply not possible to tax your way out of recession. And I have yet to hear any Obamunist explain to me how Obama’s massive expenditure proposals… 47 million people added to Medicare, subsidies for fiscally irresponsible states that run deficits, massive infrastructure investments (1,000 Big Digs), college tuition subsidies, federalized daycare … can be paid for by raising taxes on only five percent of the population. Even if you throw in the proposed evisceration of the military, it doesn’t add up.

If he increases Federal spending massively without raising taxes (highly unlikely), he explodes the deficit, sets off inflation, and contracts the available credit for business expansion. Meanwhile, in addition to new taxes, businesses will be crushed with heavier environmental regulations, energy costs, and employment regulations.

Granted McCain is clueless about the economy, but he kind of knows he is clueless about it. Obama thinks he knows everything, but everything he thinks he knows is wrong.

Hey Anon... the "idiot's guide" left out the best parts!

You know, that part at the beginning when Jimmy was prez, and the other part later under Bill? The first page needs to have a little stick figure named "Congress & Oval Office" whispering to the mortgage banks, "ok, if you don't start lending money to people who won't pay it back, we'll tax & fine the shit out of you. Gotta make things 'fair', you know".

That's how this mess actually got started. Everything else is a natural outgrowth of it... when you're forced into possessing something you don't want (i.e. a loan made to someone you didn't want to loan to in the first place, but were forced to in the name of "social justice"), you try to get rid of the damn thing. Hence the changing hands, the derivatives of the loans where the suckers who were stuck with these hot potatoes tried to shelter themselves from the inevitable defaults, the expansion of Fannie Mae & creation of Freddie Mac so there'd be SOMEBODY willing to buy this crap, et al.

(By the way, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are nicknames based on the acronyms for "Federal National Mortgage Association" and "Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation". You know, in case you thought these were like, real companies or anything.)

Yup, Government owned and/or controlled businesses sure work great, huh? They're what made the Soviet Union the great success it is today!

Anything in that Idiot's Guide about Barney Frank's lover being in charge of bad loans at Fannie Mae?

Posted by: V the K at October 25, 2008 10:36 AM

In 1968, the government converted Fannie Mae into a private shareholder-owned corporation.

Posted by: Anonymous at October 25, 2008 12:38 PM

Anonymous. Will you give a dollar to charity for every dollar your federal income taxes go down? Have you compared the tax plans. I bet you don't pay more in federal income taxes unless you make way more than me.

Posted by: roald at October 25, 2008 1:36 PM

Still waiting for an Obamunist to explain how he's going to pay for trillions in new spending --- 47 million people added to welfare, federalized daycare (a.k.a. "Universal Pre-K"), college tuition subsidies, thousands of 'Big Dig' infrastructure projects, and tax-welfare checks to the 40% of taxpayers who don't pay Federal income tax --- while only raising taxes "slightly" on the top five per cent.

Even if he guts the military like Barney Frank wants to do, the numbers don't add up.

Obama campaign throws hissy-fit; cancels interviews after reporter asks Biden tough questions. Can you imagine if the McCain campaign did this after Palin botched an interview?

Posted by: V the K at October 25, 2008 2:24 PM

Fannie Mae is a shareholder-owned corporation chartered by Congress in 1968 as a GSE, or Government-Sponsored Enterprise. It's goal was, and is, to provide credit to "targeted sectors" of the economy by making loans available, and to create a secondary market in them through securitization.

Agriculture, Education, and Housing are the primary targets. All you need is to look at the Federal hog-trough that is agriculture , or take a peek at the repayment rate on student loans... and you can see where this was going to lead in housing.

Libs would say, "well, these made loans available to those who couldn't get loans from the banks. It made things more fair."

Conservatives can respond, "there was damn good REASON the banks wouldn't make those loans. It wasn't racism; it was REALISM."

Check out the definition of "loan" sometime. I'm pretty sure there's something in there about paying the money BACK. Apparently, Fannie and Freddie's "customers" were sick the day that word came up in a 2nd grade Vocabulary quiz.

Here's how I see it:

1. Banks are forced to make high-risk, low-rate loans under threat of fines and/or losing FDIC status. Fannie & Freddie created to buy up loans & make other loans.

2. Banks don't want the loans they've made. Banks sell loans to Fannie & Freddie.

3. Fannie and Freddie, as GSE's, aren't regulated like banks. F & F balloon to gargantuan proportions, selling securites based on the bad loans & making further loans to "targeted sectors of the economy".

4. High-risks means just that. Loans that never should have been made in the first place get defaulted on (which the banks knew would happen; hence not making them until forced to & getting rid of them as soon as they could). Securities now worth less (or actually worthless). F & F collapse like a wet taco right before a critical election. Hijinks ensue.

That's capitalism for you. Chase the dream at any cost (pun intended). Bourgeois america does it again. Drag us all down the tube so they can have their toys. Don't take out loans you can't afford for gas guzzling F-150s and home remodeling and you won't have to give them right back when a shoots from the hip, ask later dumbass takes office for eight years and the sh*t hits the fan. What does it matter, EVERY POLITICIAN IS A LIAR AND MOST PEOPLE ARE TOO DENSE TO REALIZE THAT THEY'RE BEING WAGGED. Elections have turned into popularity/beauty contests that might as well be sponsored by MTV, and there are too many meatball sub munching man titties that vote with their cocks. We have all been duped no matter which way you vote, and smear campaigns have made it so that nobody knows what's true or who ACTUALLY did what. So, "JOE SIXPACK" has no other choice than to vote based on hear-say. So crack a Busch light, loosen your belts and bring on the idiocracy. WE ARE ALL DOOMED EITHER WAY B/C AMERICA GROWS STUPIDER BY THE MINUTE.

Posted by: Arthur at October 26, 2008 12:59 AM

Yeah, Arthur, but he predictably trots out "bourgeois" and I kinda zoned out after that. Anytime you hear that word, know that you're dealing with a Marxist. That means you're dealing with an idiot thief who can't comprehend how wealth is created, so he wants to take yours.

AnonTroll ejaculates the usual sweeping-generalization slaps at middle America, the obligatory blame-it-on-Bush crapola (I actually do have a bone to pick with Dubya... for not pushing Congress harder to correct this leftist lunacy while he had the chance), and then some bitching about MTV and how Americans are "stupider". Who do you blame for that? Hmmm... education and entertainment... known bastions of conservatism, as we all know.

I'll disagreeably agree with AnonTroll though. Americans aren't "stupider", they're MORE STUPID.

Stupid.

Sorry, but the "system's so screwed no matter who you vote for" stuff is just another version of the Left's crap. It's either vote for Obama, or they're all liars so let's start over and...vote for Obama. The thirst for some sort of utopia where an informed electorate makes intelligent decisions based on real information is, in the end just another longing for utopia, the trademark of the Left.

A true conservative isn't surprised or disappointed to see that a complex political system produces nonsense and liars, because that's what politics and bureaucracy do. The only remedy (not: note a "solution", because there is none) is to limit political power and put in lots of checks and baances so that the players burn up their energy fighting with each other and accomplishing nothing. Ah, Madison...I love him so. No real conservative would ever bemoan the childish, lazy, destructive state of politics, because that's all conservatives expect from government.

It is only liberals who bemoan the fact that we can't all seem to work together and believe the same things and act in concert. Real conservatives think "Thank god."

Amen. Thank you. Limited government, on principle, is our only defense from petty tyrants. It's important to note that limited government is exactly what the American Left has been working to destroy for over a hundred years. They're doing a pretty damn good job too. Most people have no conception of what it is or how their life depends on what remnants of it we still enjoy. Our lives do depend on it.
