John Kerry: McCain Wears Diapers
Hanoi John Kerry — who whines that he was "swiftboated" because men who had served with him in Vietnam gave the lie to his phony war hero status — had this to say about real war hero John McCain:
These are the exciting last two week moments of the presidential campaign. So it's a very special time. I can't wait for it to be over. I am so tired of the press' silly questions that they ask along the way. And cable television which reduces everything to stupidity — the lowest common denominator of conflict.
I don't know if any of you know what it's like. I do, obviously. I've been asked all of those brilliant questions that were repeated this year.
Barack got asked the famous boxers or briefs question. I was tempted to say commando.
Then they asked McCain and McCain said, "Depends."
Yuk yuk. Maybe Kerry should trade his political career for stand-up comedy. With his left-wing politics and complete lack of class, he would be a natural. Unfortunately, he's more likely to be our next Secretary of State.

Hat tip: American Thinker, on a tip from Byron.

That joke dates back to the Bob Dole campaign.
Boy, the left sure has the monopoly on edgy, up-to-date humor!

Was this because Obama threw his white grandmother under the bus earlier this year?

On a serious note I do wish her a speedy recovery. Old people should die peacefully of a heart attack in their sleep, not from a painful shattered hip.

Funny.
Funny thatKerry begged McCain to run with him, as VP.
Amazing what Senator McCain's liberal buddies think of him now. Love yah, as long as you're useful to us....
Now Powell gets the lib. treatment in reverse. Yesterday, he was an Uncle Tom, today he's the messiah endorsing hero.
The Left has no shame.

I thought that photo was proved to have been 'doctered'?

Life. If you make the most of it and you work and live off your own sweat, and you make an effort to be self-reliant, you can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in la-la liberal land.
Like John Kerry here.

I fear for our people's sanity. You would think that the Obama MYTH would have self-destructed before now, but it seems to be gaining momentum. Obama is a NOTHING, a NOBODY and that's why the Donkeys promoted him: they believe that they can manipulate him.
His SKIN COLOR, media hype and old-fashioned THUGGERY is all that keeps this con job going.

Considering this man had prostate cancer himself, he should know all about the need for depends. Fuck this piece of shit prick bastard.

Yes - SydRoky - the picture is an obvious fake (unless we have two Suns in diferent parts of the sky) - sKerry has obviously been pasted in... but that's not the point.

"I thought that photo was proved to have been 'doctered'?"
Yup. Just as doctored as the "Palin in a bikini holding a rifle" and "Bush in a Nazi uniform" photoshops we've all seen. What's good for the goose...

I saw the Kerry/Fonda photo on this site - still circulating. It was photoshopped. It's not real. It's fake. If you still cannot understand that then there isn't any hope that you will ever be able to tell the difference between what IS true and what PASSES as truth.

THEN:
Please V the K! You want to talk about extremists? How about the wing-nuts yelling "Kill him!" at Palin rallies?
Posted by: mef at October 21, 2008 12:59 PM
"SCRANTON | The agent in charge of the Secret Service field office in Scranton said allegations that someone yelled “kill him” when presidential hopeful Barack Obama’s name was mentioned during Tuesday’s Sarah Palin rally are unfounded."
Oh, the old "we do so much good" argument. You can't kill civilians in Iraq - including children - and then say "But we did it for their own good". If you kill people you aren't forgiven because you give the survivors food.
Posted by: mef at October 21, 2008 10:39 AM
Are you able to prove a) that this occurred and, b) that U.S. forces were culpable? Seems you should be since you are making that statement in a public forum. Please also make sure you are comfortable using the tragedy of collateral damage to discount a massive - and successful - effort to create a democratic system of governance and a future for the people of Iraq which would have been unattainable under the previous regime, before pushing ahead with this argument.
"We believe that the best of America is in these small towns that we get to visit, and in these wonderful little pockets of what I call the real America, being here with all of you hard working very patriotic, um, very pro-American areas of this great nation." — Sarah Palin in North Carolina. Jon Stewart was 100% right to criticise Palin for her despicable assertion that some parts of the USA are more "real" or "Pro-America" than others.
Perhaps she was referring to the lack of God Damn America! slogans and people burning American flags in small towns? Who knows? Anyhow Palin's personal views on why she like small towns, and the implications you've attached to them that other areas are by definition less pro-American, are far more divisive than Obama's wholesale classification of small-town types as bitter racists clinging to guns and religion, or the big-city media's contentions that people in small towns and conservative-majority areas won't vote for Obama because they're racist.
FAIL
Stewart also made the point that this is an insult to those New Yorkers who enlisted after 9-11 to fight the War on Terror, yet they are not "Pro-America" according to Palin.
You mean according to Stewart's own editorializing of what Palin REALLY MEANT!!!11!!!! by her simple comment.
This was, at the very least, a poor choice of words by Palin. She needs to apologise. Those who defend it are not patriots.
No, she needs to admit that her - and every other conservative/Republican/non-leftist slavish adorer of Obama and leftist/Democrat policies in general are racist, unintelligent, ignorant, bigoted, warmongering rednecked droolers who kill Iraqi children, and gather all her followers into a Jonestown-like igllo city, dowse themselves in global warming-causing gasoline, and immolate themselves for THE GOOD OF AMERICA AND THE REST OF THE WORLD.
If you don't like America then leave.

If you express your love of America for criticizing and demonizing every single foreign policy objective it's undertaken for the last 8-60 years (or more depending on how wedded you are to the Zinn/Chomsky take on the whole thing), burning American flags, beating political opposition with sticks (yeah it happened, check the archives) and telling all and sundry that they are racist bigots for disagreeing with you and your politics, feel free to stay!!!111!!!!
