Democrat Quote of the Day
Every now and then Dems forget the election isn't over yet, and let loose with what they really think. A quote from Democrat Parker Griffith, who's running for Congress in Alabama, after he was asked about the threat posed by radical Islam:
I think America's greatest enemy is America and its materialism … we have nothing to fear from radical Islam.
Human Events has audio.

On a tip from Todd.

If America elects Barack Barry Insane Hussein Soetoro Dunham His-mama O-prahma Um-er-bama bin Biden, then yes, America's greatest enemy is itself. It's not often I agree with a moonbat.

I live in the Huntsville, Al area and none of the local new show have brought this up. I e-mailed channel 19 but it was ignored. I also have seen nothing from the Wayne Parker campaign. I fear this will be completely covered up in my area.

I live in Alabama too (Gadsden). The only time I've heard/seen his name is on the ballot since I've already voted via absentee. Don't worry, he didn't get MY vote.

I remember 9/11. I was a dumbass college kid toking a bong on the couch, flipping through channels.
But apparently my hazy memory from that day is far superior to this idiot's.
"We have nothing to fear from radical islam." What worthless waste of air.

WTC 7 – No steel frame building has ever fallen from just fire alone, in the history of the world. Yet on 9/11 that happened to WTC7. WTC 7 had minimal (10) spot fires in it, in the first Government WTC report, it explained that 7 fell because 14,000 gallons of diesel were kept on the 28 floor and that what made the building burn and fall, over time it was found out that 11,000 gallons of diesel were recovered, in the end NIST still states that this was the first steel building in the history of the world that was brought down by fire.
If you were to do minimal research you will see that the fuel, paper, desks, some diesel building materials can not generate the appropriate heat to melt steel, so why did WTC 7 fall like it was imploded?
Instead of just calling me a moonbat, respond with a valid augment of how WTC 7 fell.
If you just respond in your normal manner and call me names, I will know I’m right and that you’re scared of the truth.
Please I’m looking for responsible well thought out answers.
Respectfully

Mr. E:
If your efforts are indeed genuinely to educate the rest of us as to what really happened at WTC 7, then I applaud your efforts.
But your claims will fall on deaf ears here. Nobody on this site believes even for a minute that the September 11th attacks were a Government-sponsored conspiracy. While your willingness to "research" the event and "fact-find" are admirable, I will respectfully remind you that if you look hard enough for something, no matter what it is, you are guaranteed to find it. And as far as no steel structure having ever collapsed from fire before- as best I can recall, no steel structures like the WTC ever had an airplane full of fuel and screaming passengers flown into them before either. So there really is no way to test the idea that it burned too fast, or didn't collapse right, or whatever without flying another airliner into a building in a major city to compare the result- and I'm not willing to participate in such an experiment anyway.
But again- your willingness to try and find the truth is admirable. I'd just recommend that you take a look at the issues from the other side of the political spectrum every now and again.
You'll find out quickly it's much more rational.
Respectfully-
Murff
