A Rare Glimpse of Sanity in Our Legal System

Let's hope the ACLU doesn't hear about this:
A U.S. military judge has denied a request from professed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed for Internet access inside his Guantanamo cell, ruling he does not need it to prepare for his death penalty trial. […] The government said it was providing the men with laptop computers so they could review the evidence, but prosecutors argued at a pretrial hearing last month that giving them access to the outside world would pose a severe security risk.
Mohammed ought to enlist NY Times favorite Lynne Stewart as a lawyer. She would be more than happy to help him pass along terror plans to agents in the field, rendering Internet access unnecessary.
On a tip from Wiggins.
