Wheels Are Coming Off Obamessiah's Chariot
It looks like America might not be willing to slit its wrists on the media's command after all. USA Today ruefully admits that McCain leads the flagging Wizard of Uhs by 10 points among those most likely to vote, largely thanks to Saracuda having put an end to the enthusiasm gap.
As we go into the final stretch, the hype will fade, and people will take a closer look at The One. The media will not be able to hide the lifelong associations with communists, terrorists, and racist demagogues that have shaped the ideology he offers in lieu of job qualifications. It will also be difficult to continue to pass off two of the three most extreme leftists in the Senate as bridge-builders with any capacity to unite the nation. Having virtually no experience and conspicuously poor judgment, Obama will make ever more embarrassing mistakes as panic sets in, and the media won't be able to keep them all from the public.
Obama's poll results have been inflated, because people have been duped into thinking it's "racist" not to say you'll support the affirmative action candidate. In the privacy of the voting both, many presumed Obama supporters are going to remember that they have to live in this country.
Democrats nearly always have big leads in the polls over the summer, even when they get their clocks cleaned in November. Even the risible Michael Dukakis was predicted to win in July 1988.
All things considered, a 10% lead by McCain now could translate to the kind of blowout we haven't seen since Reagan wiped the floor with Mondale in 1984. America isn't dead yet.

On tips from mega, Rob Banks, and Burning Hot.

And in their attempts at damage control, they only make it worse. Like Biden just now, saying he accepts the faith position that life begins at conception, only making him and running mate to be, by dint of logic, murderers.
I love the smell of the ObaMSM shooting itself in the foot in the morning. Well, that's bound to happen when you have no hunting experience, unlike our Wasilla Warrior.

Wasnt the Chariot that thing on Lost In Space? Maybe they could put Obama on a rocket and send him into space to find out what happened to the Swiss Family Robinson?

I'm starting to breathe a sigh of relief now. I was worried a few weeks ago. Palin was such a brilliant stroke.
Now comes the bloodsport of watching them writhe in their slow death throes. It's frustrating that they seem to be relegating themselves already to their fate. I was hoping to see frantic screams and thrashing, but they are just moving on to new hatreds. Darn.

"The Republican's ties to President Bush remains a vulnerability. In the poll, 63% say they are concerned he would pursue policies too similar to those of the current president. Bush's approval rating is 33%."
Once again, we hear about the Presidents approval rating, without hearing about Congress'- still in the single digits:

The utter absurdity of Obama the foolish, slick pretender, and his throngs of starry-eyed Messiah-seeking Marxist followers, is becoming apparent to sane people.
Whether there are enough sane people for this to determine the election, remains to be seen.
For the moment, I think the electoral map still favors Obama. So.....good start, McCain/Palin, but stay on it and hit it harder.

The fact that Olbermann and Matthews have been cut out of the MSNBC reporting and thousands of people dropped theirs subscriptions to Us Weekly within the first 24 hours of their front page smear champaign, is proof of America not being dead yet. Real America just needed a spark to light a fire under their asses and Sarah Palin was it. About time we start putting our claws into the false America of a media.

What is best in life? To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of a bunch of idiot leftists come January when the Messiah fails to win.

Come on people. It's still two months away. I thought for sure, the American people would vote the correct way, only to see them put Bill Clinton in the white House, twice! Ignore the polls and don't believe MSM until all the counts have been tallied!

Dwaine is right.
Don't take anything for granted. We need a landslide to sweep Pelosi and Reid from their "leadership" positions.

Amen, Dwaine. We HAVE to keep our guard up big-time. Never relax when the Left seems down... they're like cobras that strike after they've been critically injured.
