Shrillary Cancels Appearance to Avoid Saracuda
Shrillary has met her match — or rather, is hiding to avoid meeting her:
Hillary Clinton has pulled out of an appearance at a New York rally next week to protest Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, her aides say because she doesn't want to be seen alongside Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin in a "partisan" event.
Partisan event? It would be a bipartisan event if Shrillary had the courage to show up on the same stage as Saracuda — which admittedly would not be a wise move from an esthetic point of view.
Several American Jewish groups plan a major rally outside the United Nations on Sept. 22. Clinton had previously accepted the invitation to join, but her aides objected when they learned the Alaska governor will be part of the rally. Palin is also expected to meet with several foreign ministers during the U.N.'s opening General Assembly session.
Meanwhile, Cankles sulks and cowers, more concerned that Palin will upstage her than with Iran's open quest to obtain the technology needed to wipe Israel off the map. Jewish Middle East expert Micah Halperin observes:
Jews traditionally vote Democratic, and if a major Democratic leader does not join in the fight against Iran, where are those voters going to go? It's problematic from the very point of view that says you have a national political leader who fundamentally is choosing not to stand up against Ahmadinejad.
But the important thing for Clinton is to avoid direct comparisons with Palin.

Most American Jews suffer from White Guilt and will vote for Barack HUSSEIN Obama. Deep down inside they feel they deserve to be abused and mistreated. Some of these Jews even believe Hitler was doing Gods work. Most even think Israel should be abandoned. Its sad really.

You and I obviously don't know the same Jews.

Fact is that 75% of American Jews consistently vote for Democrats. They know Democrats wouldnt lift a finger if Israel were on the verge of being wiped off the map - but they dont care. I guess you hang around with the 25% that wont vote for Obama.

The Hitler/Israel comments are over the top, but there IS an entrenched liberal bias in the Jewish community. I experience it first hand (spouse & family are Jewish). A few are waking up and figuring out that FDR isn't what the Dems are about these days. A lot aren't...and they have money enough to be in B. Hussein's tax crosshairs.
As for Hillary, she is showing her true, nasty colors. Also a bit of fear...and as I said in another comment, if she's afraid of Sarah Palin, how would she handle REAL bad guys like Hamas and Ahmadinejad? No Hill, you don't have what it takes to be Prez.

I'm not sure that's the correct interpretation. If Hillary wants to be the Dem candidate in '12, it's to her advantage to let the Pubies win in '08. It's not like she's shown a world of enthusiasm for supporting Obama.
That being the case, she has plenty of incentive to let SP have the stage all to herself....

Sarah could ruin her chances in 2012. Thye may go head to head. Mrs. Clinton is wary of early comparisons. She's not as Pro-Isreal as Sarah because of Sarah's Christian beliefs that the State of Isreal is fulfillment of God's promises. Remember Mrs. Clinton and Mrs. Arafat warm greetings.

Perhaps Mrs. Clinton could become a community organiser in New York!

I'm an orthodox Jew from birth. As such, I have been more than amazed at how suicidal my own people have become. What used to be a mantra of "Never Again" has turned into "Thank You, May I Have Another?"
Ironically, orthodox Jews are generally the most pro-Israel for the sense of manifest destiny. We believe Israel is G-d's gift to the Jewish people to be a homeland for the religion. Most Jews (non-orthodox) who are pro-Israel, believe that way because of what happened in the 1930's and 1940's. But the orthodox (and yes, there are those lunatics in Naturei Karta who bring trememdous shame to our people) support Israel for it's historical religious connections.
When I consider how little FDR did in saving Jews from Nazi death camps, I shudder at the feckless disregard he and his administration for Jews.
The real difference between liberalism and conservatism (by today's definition) is that when liberals do what is right, they do it without the inherent belief of right and wrong - only what is politically acceptable and needed.
However, conservatives base their decisions on a higher moral compass. Of course, there are quite a few conservatives who should never be near a moral decision - just like there are liberals who believe in a higher calling). However, conservatives believe that it doesn't matter if it's politically acceptable - only whether it's right or wrong.
I conclude that those of us who truly are G-d fearing (and I am talking about Jews here) can not honestly be liberal - not in today's sense. That doesn't mean one has to be a Republican, either. But liberalism is at it's core a belief structure based on one's own personal manifest destiny. The world revolves around the morality each one has regardless each other. Liberals act because of what is necessary to satisfy their own individual morality. Sometimes, that is enough. But more often than not, it leads to an inflated self-absorption.
On the other hand, when one understands that G-d is the ultimate judge, we tend to make decisions that benefit society as a whole - and not our own vastly inferior moral code.

Liberals are abject cowards

Totally agree with apostle53. No doubt in my mind that Rothschild McCain endorsement and the cancellation of Hillary's appearance at the Anti-Iran rally are prep moves for 2012. Rothschild might be the biggest indicator though. I posted more thoughts about that on my blog (click here to read )

One thing Leftist Feminists really hate is a woman who is beautiful, accomplished- and Conservative (especially if said gal is a Christian). I mean, it drives them over the edge...and Sarah Palin is worth a dozen or more Hillary Rodhams.

This would explain the sudden 35-point swing to McCain among New York Jewish voters.
Shock Poll: Jews Now Favor McCain in New York, 54-32
No, the shocking detail has to do with a wild, 35-point swing toward McCain among Jewish voters. Obama led among them by a margin of 50-37 in August. This month, McCain is actually leading Obama by a margin of 54 percent to 32 percent.

Hillary is scared of being overshadowed by Palin. She knows comparisons would be made. She looks poorly next to Palin.
While I'm not Jewish, I really admire and support the Jewish people and Israel. I've just never understood why so many Jewish voters vote Democratic. I don't believe the Democrats would help out Israel.
