Saying "Community Organizer" Is Now Racist

In an attempt to suppress discussion of Obama's extremely dubious background as a community organizer, New York's second-string Governor David Paterson has declared that even mentioning the Obamessiah's former job title is racist:

I think the Republican Party is too smart to call Barack Obama "black" in a sense that it would be a negative. But you can take something about his life, which I noticed they did at the Republican Convention — a "community organizer." They kept saying it, they kept laughing. […] I think where there are overtones is when there are uses of language that are designed to inhibit other people's progress with a subtle reference to their race.

"Community organizer" can now join "black hole" and "devil's food cake" on the list of phrases black politicians forbid us to speak.

Look for "inexperienced," "unqualified," "post turtle," and "arrogant punk" to join the list soon.

On a tip from Viking04.

Please, spare me the phony outrage, Mr. Patterson.

OK, no more "community organizer." We'll use a synonym: "communist agitator."

Happy now?

Maybe he can score with Rev. Wrights cast off white woman that he had an affair with? Paterson admitted he cheated on his wife a number of times after he took over for ex-governor Idiot Spitzer. But Paterson got away with it because hes legally blind and black - a two bagger in the political world.

"communist agitator."--Jay Guevara
Jay, I usually like your posts and this is no exception. You hit the nail on that one, and quite humorously.

"Community organizer" is double-plus ungood.

You forgot 'niggardly'!

Jesus was a community organizer

John McCain is a community organizer - he chose Palin and organized the disorganized Republican Party community.

Hitler was a community organizer. He organized the Brownshirts who reorganized people faces if they did not support heir Fuhrer.

COMMUNITY ORGANIZER!

oh gawwwwwwwwwwd i feel so dirty.

Posted by: nanc at September 10, 2008 10:28 AM

Hey Patterson, how about Adulterous Swinger when referring to you? Is THAT racist too?

You Dems are going to get your asses handed to you on a platter in November, and you know it. Keep trying though...it's good for much entertainment.

People that always look for racism will tend to find racism, whether there is any or not. And wouldn't you think that a blind man would care very little about skin color?

Posted by: CoderInCrisis at September 10, 2008 10:40 AM

This is so lame. If "community organizer" has racist overtones, then why would Oblabla continually use it to describe himself? I've known a few community organizers and they were all white.

I agree that "communist agitator" is more apropos as a description of what Oblabla was up to.

Say what you want about Obama, but leave Patterson alone. I don't care if he said something stupid or wrong. Try praying for him instead.

What a douchebag. Hope his ass gets recalled, though thats unlikely since he is the Governor of New York.

Is it racist to note that Obama worked with ACORN, a communist front group? I mean, a fraudulent "get out the dead people's vote" scam.

corrected, sincerest apologies..

Posted by: vince at September 10, 2008 3:20 PM

picaro, Jim Jones was a community organizer, as is Al Sharpton. Jesus was a religious leader.

Posted by: Jay Guevara at September 10, 2008 3:49 PM

John Gotti was a community organizer.

See... THIS is why we have every right to split hairs about what they say about us-- because they sure as hell are going to do the same to us. We've been waging a word war for years with these leftist thugs who wield race cards and sexism accusations like deadly weapons. What's good for the goose is good for the gander when it comes to nitpicking about possible intent. Suck it, you commie bastards.

Everything every white person says has racist overtones - Obama08

Posted by: Bandit at September 11, 2008 10:01 AM

Jesus was not a community organizer, he was a religious figure and a carpenter.

I saw this on another board: Hitler was a community organizer, FDR was a governor.

What a bunch of idiots onthe left, anything they say, we can fire back two-fold

Has anyone noticed that there's a strong correlation between our "Education" system being reduced to a "Training" system, and the dumbing down of Americans? Dumb (trained, rather than educated) Americans NEED community organizers, because they've never learned to organize themselves. There's no need to...the GOV'T should be doing it for me! Wny should I have to do ANYTHING? The government owes it to me and Obama is the man to make sure I get it... Isn't that right? Isn't that the party line? I got it right, right...? Right...?
Love,
JohnnyBoy
PS - calling Jesus a community organizer tells us a lot about you - now go have a serious conversation with Jesus.
