Oprah Won't Host Sarah Palin
Oprah, billionaire Queen of Daytime Television, has been instrumental in the media's campaign to pass off Barack Obama as a legitimate candidate. She supposedly speaks to the women of America. Yet the woman who with any luck will soon be our first female vice president is not welcome on Oprah's show. According to Drudge:
"Half of her staff really wants Sarah Palin on," an insider explains. "Oprah's website is getting tons of requests to put her on, but Oprah and a couple of her top people are adamantly against it because of Obama."
Once again we see that identity politics is only a means to an end. Moonbats like Oprah are only going to hate Saracuda all the more because she's a woman, just as they hated Clarence Thomas all the more for being black. Their loyalty is only to moonbattery.

If I saw Oprah lying on the ground clutching her chest I would just walk around her and keep moving. Now if it was Condoleeza Rice, Id give her mouth to mouth to save her life - shes a real American.

There is plenty of room to criticize Oprah for her Leftist beliefs, that is the tune to which she is largely dancing, witness her reputed refusal to invite Justice Thomas to discuss his book (Re: the Drudge Report).
I expect a little higher level of discourse on this site. This ain't DailyKos, DemocraticUnderground, or HuffPo!

Refusing to have Sarah on? Sad really considering so many women of different colors (ideologically and literally) in America do look up to Oprah in some respect.
She'll either cave to keep herself in the green (I know colors, too) or she'll prove she cares nothing for the women who have provided her the fan base and opportunity to earn that money.
