Obamunist Astroturfer Attacks Moonbattery.com
The comments posted here by someone calling himself Andrew were a little confusing:
I may not agree with Obama but I could definitely use the larger tax cut he will give someone in my income bracket. I have to vote my wallet this time, not my heart. […] So I should pay more so the "investor class" doesn't have to? That doesn't make sense. How does that help me pay my bills? I'm just pretty sick of tax and spend. I make plenty, but not over 250K and I have never been on any sort of government assistance[…] I'm focused on keeping as much of my money as I can.
A guy who's "sick of tax and spend" and wants to keep the money he earns supports the socialist looter Obama? Is the country going insane?
No it isn't, or Obamunists wouldn't have to resort to such desperate tactics. As Ace of Spades HQ explains, they have stooped to an appallingly fraudulent form of astroturfing, whereby they adopt unusually generic, normal-sounding handles like Andrew, then follow this magician's script:
1. The Pledge: I'm a conservative/I'm a Christian/I'm a conservative Christian.
2. The Turn: My heart is with you guys, really… but I have these concerns…
3. The Prestige: I hear all these great things about Obama and/or did you hear this horrible stuff about Palin?
Readers beware.

I'm wondering if andrew used a teleprompter to write that.

and they always make plenty but not 250k. do they not get that barry oboomer will have to raise taxes on everybody just to keep a portion of his campaign promises?

Hussein says that he will give 95% of Americans a tax break. Huh? Only about 60-70% of Americans PAY TAXES. What he is hiding is the fact that 30-40% of Americans who DO NOT pay taxes will be getting a handout. Another frickin handout. These Obamaford Wives better get their heads out of their bowels if they think their One will not tax everyone in order to finance One Trillion dollars in new spendng. Don't believe me? He has voted 4 times in his solcialist political career to raise taxes. He will again, believe me.

Check out Dirty Harry's blog, he's having the same problem with Obama trolls:

I swear, these frantic losers think the "I'm conservative too" scam will work. THAT is how desperate they are.
I've "outed" a few of them in person...a fun thing to do. "Oh, you're a conservative? Really? Well, if you are, then..." a few questions later and they get very very angry.
They'll try, but (here is the key) they CANNOT give up their ideology even when pretending to be conservative. It ALWAYS creeps through sooner or later.
Let's face it. They don't have a leg to stand on, so trying to say "...but Obama gets my vote because..." can't be spun into a rational argument and their hatred for conservatism is so virulent that their facade falls away very quickly.
Nice try, guys. Now go comfort Hillary who is scared to be seen with little ol' Sarah Palin. Kinda makes you wonder how she would have handled a REAL threat like Ahmadinejad or Putin or Hamas.

This kind of stuff is all over conservative videos on youtube:"I was/am a republican/conservative/christian, but then I (insert speech about discovering something wrong [insert smear] about the republican party) and thats why I'm voting for Barack!"
Example:I used to be a republican until I learned that Bush eats babies and kicks puppies. Now I'm voting for Obama!

I see these dishonest pricks in chat all the time. They claim to be Conservative, while simultaneously demanding MORE gun control, HIGHER taxes, GREATER access to abortion, SOCIALIZED medicine and OPEN borders. Then they rant about how evil Bush is and how he "pushed them into the arms of Obama". But really, they're right wingers, like you & me. LOL

I've had similar conversations with some of the leftists at work. "Do you like paying higher taxes?" I ask. "Of course not," they reply. "Then why do you vote Democrat?" I ask. "Because Republicans are evil. They're in the pockets of big, faceless corporations that exploit us so their CEOs can get rich," they say. Sigh. They don't seem to get the whole free-market thing, where if a corporation misbehaves it can be sued, regulated, or, crucially, competed against by another company that treats its customers better. If the government misbehaves, who do you complain to then? The UN? Don't waste my time.
I just don't get how otherwise intelligent people think that big corporations are evil, but big government is this loving and caring entity. I'm not saying that big companies don't do bad things sometimes, but companies that don't deliver value for money eventually die off. Look at the US auto industry for a prime example. Government that doesn't deliver value for money will either shut down any private-sector competitors (the US Postal Service and the Dems single-payer health care plans) or raise taxes to cover the shortfall. They have no incentive to offer good service; corporations do.
Government is corrupt, unaccountable, and wasteful. There are hundreds if not thousands of examples of this all around us. And yet it's conservatives that are evil and corrupt. Sigh.

Obama himself tried to say he has "far right" friends during the interview with O'Reilly, who said, "Name one." I thought that was the best line of Mr. No Spin's whole gab fest with The One.

Let me see if I get Obama's plan right...
To pay for his proposed trillion dollars of spending, he's going to cut taxes on 95% of Americans. This would mean he is going to rely on a) increasing the taxes of the 5% of Americans who make the most income and b) increasing the taxes paid by corporations.
Questions:
1. The top 2% income-earning Americans already pay 40% of the nation's taxes, the highest % in history (correct me if I am wrong). I would imagine the remaining folks in the top 5% shoulder a decent percentage of tax burden themselves. Is it really fair and just to impose what amounts to practically a confiscatory level of taxation on 5% of Americans while cutting taxes on everyone else?
2. One of the maddening aspects of liberalism is the belief that those who reside in the top 5% of income earners got there by evil/dishonest means and/or by some sort of luck. The truth is that most of the top 5% of income earners got into that category by being smart and frugal. If one is smart and frugal, does it not follow that they will devise methods of protecting their income and wealth from a confiscatory tax level by any legal means necessary? What does Mr. Obama plan on doing when the level of tax revenue he expects to receive from soaking the top 5% of income earners does not meet his projections? Will he not have to raise taxes on the remaining 95%?
3. Oh, yes, he'll also tax corporations. Doesn't a vast majority of the middle class work for corporations and purchase a large share of their good and services from corporations? Won't raising taxes on these corporations a) reduce jobs, b) reduce wages, and c) increase the price of these goods and services?
Please explain to me, Mr. Obamessiah, how you expect the middle class not to get royally screwed by your tax plan.

A couple of important points broached by Geronimo above:
1. I think the IRS/Treasury statistic is that the top 1% of those persons filing personal income taxes pay approximately 37% of the total income tax receipts.
2. To understand this statistic you need to also know that that same group earns approximately 20% of the total reported income. Thus, the "rich" pay almost twice as much in taxes as they actually earned in income.
3. Finally a couple of important 70 percent statistics. The top 10% of income earners pay approximately 70% of total income tax receipts. By my calculations it sounds like they basically own the federal government and should get bonus voting points.
Another important fact is that a large proportion - 70% sticks in my mind - of the "rich" 1 percenters are actually small businesses filing individual income taxes. Thus, a boost in marginal rates at the top will put these businesses, who create many of the net new jobs, under real financial strain.
Good idea? You decide.

My taxes will go up significantly if the Democrat's tax plan becomes law, and I make less than 250k.
I know I've brought it up before, but it needs to be repeated: I'm self-employed, and Rangel's plan (HR 3870), which is strikingly similar to BO's rhetoric, will broaden the application of "self employment" social security tax costing me about $5000 extra annually. It's not an "income tax increase", it's a small print rules change that will cost me and others big time. It's being called a "reform".
Anyone who believes we can hand unchecked control over to BO, Pelosi, Rangel, and Dingy Harry and experience tax cuts has been sniffing glue or is extremely gullible. The only people who will benefit are the lowest 30-40% who already don't pay income taxes. They may get additional handouts. The rest of us will pay.

America has sunken to a brand new low.
And you know what? It again illustrates the scum that supports Obama. I will not vote for him and I will be sure that McCain wins in November.
This incident will only rally people to the McCain camp... trust me.

I used to be a conservative until I saw Pamela Anderson on ET tell Palin to "suck it." Wow. My favorite actress! She used to be on Baywatch. Didja see her sex tape? If anyone knows how to suck it...

For the record....it ain't me. I've got too much class, intelligence, grace and good looks to be that much of a loser.

As a lifelong liberal pot-smoking Democrat atheist environmentalist Marxist pedophile, I was really hoping that Barack Obama would bring change to Washington. Sadly, I think he represents everything that is wrong with Washington... from his smashmouth politics and dishonest lies about John McCain to his use of taxpayer dollars to enrich his friends through earmarks and kickbacks. I think we had enough lying and corruption under Chimpy Shrub McHitler, don't you?
