Obama Takes Aim at Palin, Hits His Own Foot
It's getting hard not to notice that the Obama candidacy is a farce. In his latest gaffe, the Obamessiah draws attention to his complete lack of qualifications by declaring — conspicuously falsely — that he's more ready for the presidency than McCain's VP pick:
Barack Obama contends that he is more experienced in executive matters than Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin because he has managed his presidential campaign for the past 18 months.
Speaking on a cable news channel Monday night, the Democratic presidential nominee said he is better prepared to handle a disaster like Hurricane Gustav because of his pursuit of the White House.
"Well, my understanding is that Governor Palin's town of Wasilla has, I think, 50 employees. We've got 2,500 in this campaign. I think their budget is maybe $12 million a year. You know, we have a budget of about three times that just for the month. So I think that our ability to manage large systems and to execute I think has been made clear over the last couple of years," Obama said.
A McCain spokesman observes:
For Barack Obama to argue that he's experienced enough to be president because he's running for president is desperate circular logic and it's laughable. It is a testament to Barack Obama's inexperience and failing qualifications that he would stoop to passing off his candidacy as comparable to Governor Sarah Palin's executive experience managing a budget of over $10 billion and more than 24,000 employees.
Someone had better program a couple of facts into Obama's teleprompter: 1) Palin is no longer a small town mayor, but Governor of Alaska; 2) He's running against McCain, not Palin.
There will soon come a day when only the most pathetic of kooks will admit to having supported Obama.

It's also indicative of how progressives view the world. Everything is a political campaign. They don't see any difference between actually doing the job of administratiing, and running a publicity bandwagon, so all they do when in office is run a publicity bandwagon.
You get a clear insight into this if you've lived under New Labour for 10 years. They don't administrate or govern, they just run campaigns.

So, not only are all the Obamatrons getting their panties in a wad over Sarah Palin, but now the Obamassiah himself is, too!
I was explaining to my son why the liberals are in such a froth over Sarah Palin. I noted the following:
Liberal men hate Sarah Palin because she's more of a man then they are.
Liberal women hate Sarah Palin because she's more feminine than they are.
This is turning out to be one fun election.

You know, I've played a lot of video games over the years. Following Obama's logic, I guess that makes me qualified to rescue princesses, win mortal combat matches and race cars.
Now, in all seriousness, Sarah Palin is obviously someone special. She's freaked out so many people on the other side in such a short amount of time.

LOL!

Obama is not qualified to be a 7-11 clerk, let alone its manager.
Why do the DimmoDummies want this commie to be Pres?
If he wins, I guess we all will have to be OK with that since we did deal with 8 years of the Clintoons in the White House.

Also, applying to medical school qualifies you to be a doctor.

Five days of clumsy rumor mongering, and the left is already suggesting that she be removed from the ticket.
If she is a lousy candidate, wouldn't they want her to stay on the ticket?
The whole thing is transparent and pathetic. If these people weren't so nasty, I'd feel sorry for them.

Its going to be a touch fight for Republicans since Obama has the media in his pocket - and running up and down his leg.
So far the best they can do is attack Palin because her 17 year old daughter is pregnant? Obama's mother gave birth to him at the ripe old age of 18.
They really need to get Reverend Wright back in circulation - put his face along side Obamas - with quotes of Obama praising Wright and telling how much Wright influenced him - with a voice over at the end. "Why did Obama spend 20 years in a church like that listening to man like that? Why did it take 20 years for Obama to finally throw his dear friend Rev. Wright under the bus" (at which point a dummy is run over by a bus). Ok - skip the dummy part - but it would be funny.

Would it be possible for Obama to push female Clinton supporters over to McCain's side if they interpret such remarks as sexist?

Its up to Palin to WOW Clinton supporters now. If she does that - McCain will likely win. If she doesnt - it will go right up to election night.

He forgot to mention his executive experience with Annenberg. Making $100 million disappear into Ayers pockets takes hard work and lots of planning.

If earthquakes - the magnitude of the 1964 Good Friday quake - 9.2 on the Richter Scale - hit both Anchorage and Chicago the same day, what would Palin and Obama singularly do?
Governor Palin would use her executive authority and experience to call out the National Guard and other emergency services.
Besides blaming President Bush for the Chicago earthquake, what could Barack Obama do with his Senate authority (Tee Hee) and experience (Guffaw)?

Somebody tell O'Bambi that running a campaign is not the same as running a Government.
For starters, it's your campaign you have complete control. Running a Government on the other hand requires a lot of give-and-take, compromise and negotiation.
In Government you need someone that works well with others. I don't see that in Oh Bomb ba.

As witnessed by the imaginary striation marks by the media;
Democrats and their supporters use their knowledge to tear things apart;
Palin uses her wisdom to put things together.
