So this is supposed to make men not abuse women? Yeah right. Its like those vigils and protests against gun violence - does anyone really believe criminals and going to say "Hey, wow because of this protest Im going to turn over a new leaf and be a nice guy! Ive seen the light!".

What about violence against men? Though most spousal abuse is man on woman, there are large numbers of women who beat up their husbands - these go unreported as most men are too embarrassed to admit their wives beat them up. The old getting hit in the head with a rolling pin is fact based. Women feel empowered because if the man fights back they can claim he was beating her up and thats why she hit him. When it comes to lesbians its a little tougher to sort out.

This just seems silly, and unless it's to raise money for a battered women's charity or something, I don't really see how it could make a positive difference.

I'd have no problem with this if it was just a goofy thing done to raise money to help, but I sense there is a darker agenda.

Liberal Feminists seem to think that feminizing men is the way to stop rape and domestic violence and this could be playing into their agenda. The sad part is the things feminists are against, patriarchy and traditional masculinity, is what will stop rape and violence. We need men to want to lead families. If women are in charge of the family young boys will look elsewhere for strong male role models and end up with gangs and other men who see women as simply disposable sex objects.

loss of confidence leads to what in power politics? removal of encumbents... replacement with those who would rather fight than comply with such nonsense.

the problem is that their ideas and goals predate the modern era... so rather than accept that capitalism would find a solution and eventually make robots for slaves.

they live in the past where they think that the end to progress will come. that we will run out of ideas... and the old way would create the same end result capitlism wouild, but it wouldnt rely on robots, but subjucation of the lumpen proletariat to be the workers used up to build the future for the children of the new ruling class who all ahve socialist minds.

this is so embedded in the ideology, they cant even see that capitalism is solving the problems that they are endeavoring to solve with a dark age.
