Is there any doubt that Obama plans to do serious damage to both the 1st and 2nd Amendments?

In almost every appearance he shows his open disdain for talk radio and Fox News. The enactment of the Fairness Doctrine is a top-drawer priority for the Democrats and would end talk radio and the free speech that takes place there.

The 2nd Amendment as most interpret it was only upheld 5-4 by the Supremes (incredibly). If Obama gets one more progressive on the court another challenge will be brought and it will likely be struck down 5-4. Why wouldn't we think a Liberal SC would also uphold the Fairness Doctrine. Oh my.

Here's something else to look forward to when Obama socializes your health care, waiting for a day and a half in an emergency room to see a doctor. The wait isn't so bad though if you die part way through it.

In every case of the Second Ammendment that has come before the lower courts in our history, it was upheld. In relevant cases, those courts also ruled that people who were engaged in CRIMINAL activitys WERE NOT protected by this right!

Animals protect themselves, their own young, their food and "the pack". So why are PEOPLE denied this God-given right? Is it because we are "civilized" and above violence? Tell that to the two or three drugged-out punks who break into your home, waving knives and baseball bats.

The NRA doesn't pull punches, and they have about 3 million members (myself included). If every gun owner in this country voted for McCain, the numbers would look like Reagan v. Mondale in 1984.
