Thanks Joe, you finally white guilted me into voting for Obama. Nevermind that we're ideallogically different when it comes to abortion, wealth distribution, taxes, gun control, etc. He's Black, and for me to atone for all the white guilt that everywhite person has, I guess now I have to vote for him, because it'll make the world happy and puppies and kitties will walk down the street side by side, oceans will fall. Yes Joe, he is the one we've all been waiting for.

Because I have so much guilt, even though I've never done one thing to merit it, I'll have to vote for Barry Barack Hussein Oprahma Obama bin Biden.

Too bad Clarence Thomas isn't running for President. By their own logic, liberals would have to vote for him.

I covered this in another comment yesterday. I originally called it Moonbat Calculus, but they probably can't do calculus any better than I can, so perhaps Moonbat Algebra is a better term. The fundamental tenet of Moonbat Algebra states that any liberal is greater than any conservative, and the more lefty the better. So, BHO (barking moonbat) > Jesse Jackson (moonbat) > Colin Powell (moderate-conservative). Likewise, in this election it would have been BHO (black, male, barking moonbat) > Hillary (white, female, barking moonbat) > John McCain (white, male, moderate) > Clarence Thomas (black, male, moderate). Notice that it is worse to be a minority conservative than a white conservative, since that person is "betraying their race." Michelle Malkin yesterday posted an email from a fellow Asian female journalist taking her (Michelle) to task for daring to be a Conservative.

What all of this boils down to is that liberals are easily capable of twisting themselves into pretzels to make sure that they don't have to support a conservative, even if doing so would be perfectly in line with their idea of "progress". Vote for Clarence Thomas? The left would sooner elect W to a third term.

They would have to vote for Clarence Thomas? Why would that be? He's not black. He's a cracker (perhaps a "wheat cracker"?) if ever they've seen one.

Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden, campaigning in North Carolina where black votes could help swing the state to the Democrats, said today that electing a black person to the White House would be transformative.

So just electing a black person will be transformative? Just any old one, we can pick one at random?

No racism here. The only characteristic that Biden requires is the candidate's race.

Chuck, you got it right. Here in Los Angeles, the bar has been set SO low, neighborhoods are considered a success when the drive-by murder rate goes from 50 a year to 37.

Kids are celebrated and rewarded for not being in a gang...that is their big accomplishment.

The most money, time and effort is put into projects for the "homeless" and "undocumented" populations.

So Cal has turned into a huge, sprawling ghetto. It's unbelievable unless you see it in person. I wish the whole country could.

About that Clarence Thomas comment-

got to see all that play out here in the People's Republic of Maryland in the '06 senate race. Ben Cardin (old white guy/barking moonbat) defeated Michael Steele (black/Republican/conservative).

That's okay, though. After Uncle Marty gets done bending us over, Steele will be our govenor in '10, VP in '12.

Oblama's mother was WHITE! So only half of those "race votes" should count.
