Without going into too many bar room 'War Stories'(Jimbo - laugh for you), I was 'blessed' with the mission of being a UN observer once or twice.......

The UN is worthless. Thank god my team and I carried disposables for personal protection.

The Sudan was and is a direct mistake of having the UN involved, or UNinvolved LOL (great pic).

Nuff said about the worthlessness of the UN and its ability to police anything but picking the US $$$$ contributions clean, before any good is done for its intended purpose.

I met many of well meaning liberal sheep, on do good missions in Africia and other locations, who would have come to Jesus momemts, and then would not leave my team's side out of fear for their lives.

I keep in touch with some of them (mostly the professionals - DRs and such) and many of them are now a bit more conserative in view over our national security position then they were prior to their 'liberal pilgramages' with the UN, UNICEF, US AID Corps......

Obama wants a US Corps of volunteers. I say OK. Send every inner-city shit head wealfare kid to some third world S-hole and see who survives.

I'll vote for that.

I'll also vote to throw the UN out of NYC. You think they are so stupid to think they can have the same freedom to be corrupt in, say, Lebanon? Yeah right.
