Pelosi Book Bombs
Nancy Pelosi has accomplished the virtually impossible: on Amazon.com, where her new book Know Your Power is currently ranked #1,457, she has an average rating of 1 star after 219 customer reviews. There is no 0 star rating. From a typical reader review:
The democrat matron of global warming hysteria is doing her part to destroy the planet by writing an unnecessary book — to be made out of paper and ultimately tossed in a landfill?
Even if her publishers are using recycled paper, they are still wasting materials that could be utilized for a greater purpose. The printing process and delivery of the book also squander valuable energy and resources that could go to better use.
So park your SUVs and turn off your air conditioners… Nancy needs the power to make profits from her book.
Anyone who buys this book should, out of deference for the planet, multipurpose the material and use it for toilet paper — preferably before they read it.
From another:
I don't understand why so many people are surprised that this book is a failure. Pelosi is a vacuous, empty suit who represents an amoral left-wing cesspool of a district. It's only natural that her book is going to be nothing more than a collection of egocentric blathering, offering nothing more than rehashed platitudes designed to make her appear smarter than she is — which is, admittedly, not much of a challenge.
Unsurprisingly, the moonbats at Publishers Weekly tried to put lipstick on a pig by praising the book as a "graceful personal and political history… A gentle account from a tough politician." But by now shoppers know better than to take PW reviews seriously on anything remotely political.
Maybe Pelousy should stick to politics, where she has achieved a relatively impressive 9% approval rating.

While you're on Amazon, check out some of the images readers have helpfully uploaded for the book. Here's a good one:

Hey there! Back off on attacking this great lady - two heart beats away from being our president - she deserves our respect. After all, today, actually yesterday, she was saving our planet. NO DRILLING!

I'm trying to figure out which SF trash bin to throw this in. Compost it? Recycle it? Send it to a landfill? Sure wouldn't want to get fined for this.

Hey "Nine Percent Nancy", LET'S HAVE A VOTE ON DRILLING. I know you're saving the planet, but there are people out here who don't live in San Francisco trying to make a living. Some of us DON'T WANT A SOCIALIST NANNY STATE and would rather WORK FOR OURSELVES.
I know that's hard for you to understand...I see the confusion in those "deer in the headlights" eyes of yours...but trust me, Nan, we'd rather work hard and fail than have you idiots in D.C. "give" us stuff.
LET THE VOTE HAPPEN. Either way, you're days as a politician are over.

The reviews to this book are an absolute riot. I started going down through them, then realized they were ALL one-star ratings. I looked the web page over and found a link you can click on to see only the five-star ratings (at the time I write this, there are nine)
Priceless. Even 1/3 of the five-star ratings are not real. Much like Nancy, herself.

In Reality, Nancy PolPotLucy is one of the safest Pols/Dems in the US for not being voted out.
Her district is San FranFreakShow! She does everything she can to pander to them, including this LAME DUCK SPEAKER routine she is conducting.
The wacko voters for her don't care about her 9%, hell, most of them don't even follow the news except to drink the K-Aide from the SF Chron, who rarely says a bad thing about Nancy. The people who vote Nancy in don't even drive cars or care about much. They are basically a bunch of freeloading rent controlled self important idiots worried about gay rights and getting a legalized sex industry installed in San FranFreakShow.
The real issue is that the other Dimmo Sen and House Reps need to worry, because their voting base is not as strong......

Drudge reports Nancy PolPotLucy's (thanks Oiao) Amazon.com rating at #1457. I just checked and it's now at #1322 (no doubt due to libtards rushing in to up the sales).
If you'd really like a book on daughters, I just finished reading Strong Fathers, Strong Daughters, which currently ranks #917, even without being written by the most powerful (cough-gag-choke) woman in the world.

I love this comment on one of the reviews of the book:
Your reviews are a waste of bandwidth. I feel less for having read any of them. They are a wasteful contribution to the eventual heat-death of the universe.

It seems all the offending images have been summarily removed.

In light of the conduct in Congress yesterday... Nancy showed what a HUGE Asshat she is and the Republican's showed they are real leaders wanting to serve their constituency!
A big "hats off" to the Republicans who held their ground in the dark and without lights, continued the fight for our interests"!!!
As for the Nancy and Harry retard show... they should get a Darwin Award for that crap!

I don't know what the heck is going on at Amazon, but when I looked at the reviews yesterday, there were 160 1-star reviews and six 5-star reviews. Now there are only 25 1-star review and six 5-star reviews.

Amazon does not want to get stuck with having over estimated the demand for the book.....

And now we're down to 21. Four more down the memory hole.

I think that it's a combination of two things at Amazon:
a)being Liberals and on Speaker Pelosi's team
b)not wanting to harm book sales for fear of Mrs. Pelosi's cadre of ambulance chasers.

Amazon overestimated the ability of the k-A crowd to drink up this book. They bought too many. Expect this book to end up being given away or burned.
