Does anyone else imagine that if Obama wins and the government controls our health care, red states or people perceived as Republican or conservative will have less services and longer waits? Just a thought I had.

Less services and longer waits?? That's how health care works in the soon to be ObamaGulagUSA.
Does anyone really think that once complete power is captured by the radical left, they will allow anyone or anything short of armed insurrection to wrench it from them?

About health care... if you had to choose between owning your own home, or living in a government-run public housing project, which would you choose?
If you could choose between sending your kids to private school, or using a government-run public school, which would you choose?
If you had a choice between owning your own car, or being completely dependent on government-run public transit, which would you choose?
So, if everything the government runs is inferior, why would anyone think it's a good idea to let them run health care in the first place?

It isn't simply that government services are inferior, it's also that government services become tools of political agendas.

Here's a surprise: China said it would allow some protests in designated areas during the Olympics, but oddly enough it has not approved one single protest application. Choice quote (from a Chinese spokes-droid):
"We think that you do not really understand China's reality. China has its own version and way of exercising our democracy."
No kidding. Grand pageantry, empty rhetoric, emptier promises, pandering to the masses, rampant corruption - My God, I think they're leftists over there! Who knew?

Coder, David Brooks, the alleged "conservative" at the New York Times praises Chinese Communism. And validates my view that politics is less about left versus right, and more about elites versus the rest of us.
Also, California's moonbat Governator endorses Obama's energy policy. I wonder if he keeps the tires fully inflated on the private jet he flies from LA to Sacramento every day.

Follow the money...... Betcha you won't see the House Ethics Committee looking at this.
Talk about strange bedfellows (and yeah, Nancy PolPotLucy remindes me of one of those old 'power fag' guys you see in the Catro).

Obama: We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times ... and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK. [...] That's not leadership. That's not going to happen.
We can look forward to "leadership" if BHO becomes president... the kind of "leadership" shown by the government in India:
A state government in eastern Indian is encouraging people to eat rats in an effort to battle soaring food prices and save grain stocks.
Authorities in Bihar, one of India's poorest states, are asking rich and poor alike to switch to eating rats in a bid to reduce the dependence on rice. They even plan to offer rats on restaurant menus.
"Eating of rats will serve twin purposes -- it will save grains from being eaten away by rats and will simultaneously increase our grain stock," Vijay Prakash, an official from the state's welfare department, told Reuters.
That would be a change.

NPR steps down to tabloid lows to dig up a dust pile (as opposed to actual ‘dirt’) on John McCain’s wife…..
This is just for your amusement – if you happen to despise the MoonBat controlled NPR as much as I do, you might find this funny. Not worth a thread, but ironic that this is the best they can do on his wife at this time.
Your tax dollars at work.
In an interview with NPR, the half-sister of the candidate's wife speaks out.

Hate Arnold or love him, don’t care. But it is fun when he has created enough of an impasse to make the CA Dems start eating themselves……………
