Whoopi Goldberg: Right of Blacks to Vote Is Provisional

The terrors of hell could hardly be more chilling than the possibility that Americans learn most of what they think they know about their own history and government from leftist idiots in the entertainment industry. Here's Whoopi Goldberg of ABC's ghastly The View, explaining the precariousness of the right of black people to vote:
Do you know that we are the only people in the United States who have to have their voting rights okayed every couple of years? Did you know that they have to vote on the Voting Rights Bill for black folks? Can we just, can one of you candidates- can we just take care of that so I don’t have to worry every year, my God am I not?
The other morons on the show agreed that it's awful that the right of blacks to vote needs to be renewed every couple of years. None of them would have a clue that this right is guaranteed by the 15th Amendment to the Constitution, which won't be expiring until after the sort of moonbats Whoopi and her fans would vote for have total control of the government.
