New Yorker Shows Some Insight
You would almost think the snooty liberal elitists at the New Yorker have acquired some insight into Obama's character. Check out their next cover:

But apparently, the cover is meant to ridicule the bitter, Bible-thumping, gun-clinging rubes who object to putting in charge of the country a hard-core leftist with close ties to terrorists and clear Muslim sympathies.

Where is MooHammmmid in the background?

What do you mean by "clear Muslim sympathies"?
Posted by: ChenZhen at July 13, 2008 8:02 PM
Illustrates nicely his latest flip flop on gun control. It blows me away, how Obamanists are able to completely ignore his constant pandering, flip flopping and outright hypocrisy. I've never seen a Presidential election where a candidate had so much dirt rise to the surface and it be totally ignored like this (except the re-election of Clinton of course.)

Obama's teleprompterless response to that: I have no response to that. *Shrug*

What do you mean by "clear Muslim sympathies"?
Well, blaming the 9-11 attacks on >a href="http://ace.new.mu.nu/obama_911_attack_the_result_of_attackers_fundamental_absence_of_empathy"> insufficient 'empathy' for one thing, instead of a murderous, hate-filled ideology. Also, for suggesting that the cure for terrorism is social work.

His cousin and close associate, Prime Minister Raila Odinga is a purported Marxist and Islamic thug pushing Sharia in Kenya after stealing an election.
And then consider his stance on "dealing with terrorists" as being the equivalent of holding hands and singing Kumbaya!

You are just sore because you are precisely the type of redneck xenophobic bigots that the cover is making fun of.

I thought the cartoon was trying to make fun of the Democrats who have had the temerity to try to make the Messiah look bad.
Wasn't it Hillary's people who circulated the photo of him in the head dress and robe? I think it was a Hillary supporter who started the rumor about Michelle's alleged "whitey" rant too. And then another Democrat, Bob Beckel, gave the story some credibility when he started talking about it on TV. And it was Obama's buddy, the Bolshevik bomber, who posed for a flag stomping photo a couple years ago.

Well, this post certainly seems to have gotten the Obama cultists off their prayer rugs and crack pipes.
On a completely unrelated note, This isn't moonbattery, but it is pretty f---d up.

It's funny that Obama and his cult following are whining about this cover. Compared to the nastiness the left has directed at Bush, this cover is a Family Circus comic.

First of all, this is not about fear of foreigners you idiot. Almost 3,000 American citizens murdered in one day by an extremist ideology believing group of Islamofacists is what it is about.
Bigot The state of mind of a bigot; obstinate and unreasoning attachment of one's own belief and opinions, with narrow-minded intolerance of beliefs opposed to them.
Even to the point of not listening to factual "evidence" that differs with your own moonbat opinion! I will always, and I repeat, ALWAYS, hold a bias against ANYONE who will use a sick ideology to justify murdering innocent people! Period. If that makes me a bigot, than so be it.
ff11, you are a typical, bigoted liberal who comes on here offering NO supporting evidence that we are wrong in our interpretation, just name calling with the usual finnesse of a libtard! Just go take a few bong hits and go back to posting your hateful rants against "normal people" on Huffington Po or the Daily KOStic.

What's wrong with the cover? If the shoe fits....
Posted by: NH Dad at July 14, 2008 8:11 AM
your current president has far more ties to Islamic oil barons and the Bin Laden family itself than does Obama. Why do you refuse to believe that the Bush family worships and has always done business with muslim war lord oil men.
Hoosier mom, the war was never about 9/11. The war is about controlling the world's oil supply and making damn sure the US has first dibs. That's it.
some of the Bush's closet business allies are muslim war lords. Check it out, it's only been going on for freaking YEARS!
And ff11, you are right about most of the posters here. Yet they are not even intelligent enough to be labelled "bigots" . In order to be a bigot you have to have devloped a well reasoned opinion to begin with. Yet all you will see here are hysterical assumptions about half-read articles from obscure sources. You see they have opinions mostly because they have been told to have them. Not because they have come to them based on any research or even deep contemplation.
Bigots, maybe, maybe not. But stupid, Oh yes.
But I'll tell you I get a great laugh coming here and reading them contradict themselves every day. Enjoy, my friend, and don't take them too seriously. They are a dying breed. Watch them squirm on their way out...

I'll say this, the moonbat trolls are good for entertainment.
Say, I think I've just explained Hollywood...
Posted by: CoderInCrisis at July 14, 2008 9:57 AM
I love how trolls believe watching a Michael Moore "documentary" suddenly makes them experts on politics.

V the K-
I was asking Van Helsing. But thanks for making absolutely no sense.
Posted by: ChenZhen at July 14, 2008 3:34 PM
ChenZhen has been to many Conservative website, but has never offered more than accusations and venom, he is of the "everybody knows" school of debate.
Come now Chen, have pity on us. Tell us WHY we should become Liberals. You may not convert anyone, but isn't it worth while to make your philosophy known?
Posted by: KHarn at July 14, 2008 4:29 PM
Yes, ChenZhen... please tell us more.
Posted by: Thulsa Doom at July 14, 2008 5:12 PM
Well I'm just asking the question because without elaboration we're left to assume that there's a perceived virtue in being unsympathetic to Muslims.
