Yeah, I don't think she cares that this propaganda tour is a complete farce. She just resents that the farce is not within the control of the "journalists". They like to at least maintain some pretense that they are actively collecting news rather than just regurgitating canned releases.

I noticed last night the military news clips showed him surrounded by mostly black soldiers. Most white soldiers were kept back at a distance.

I also got the impression that she was less upset about BHO staging a fake campaign than the fact the it wasn't journalists that were staging the fake campaign for him. But she'll still have his love child anyway, even if he won't call her again.

I just spoke with my sister, who is in a public affairs unit out of Camp Liberty in Baghdad... her unit pretty much covers everything going on there. I can watch her video clips that they broadcast on the Baghdad 360 report to see what she's been up to.

She told me that they didn't even find out about the Obamessiah's visit until they saw it in the civilian media, well after the fact. She's checking with her higher ups as to why they weren't informed of it. Gotta wonder what that's all about.

Andrea Mitchell clearly has an axe to grind with the Congressional Delegation of Reed, Obama, and Hagel. She feels she has not been given prestigous first contact so she attacks the trip and Sen Obama. Sour grapes are very much apparent here, including her lie today about Sen Obamas comments on listening to commanders on the ground.

Ms. Mitchell asserted that Sen Obama said he would not listen to commanders on the ground in making his decisions. Sen Obama clearly did not say that. In fact he said he would listen to such positions and make them part of his consideration as he weighed all parameters on the issues in trying to make a decision. For Ms. Mitchell to translate that into Sen Obama saying he would not listen to commanders on the ground is not only incorrect but a blatant lie, since there is no way she could have confused this point.

Her credibilty has clearly been damaged these last few days as she has whined and lied about the nature of and positions of Sen Obama and the Congressional International tour that he is currently participating in.

Shame on you Ms. Mitchell. I would have thought you a bigger person.

At least Sen Obama doesn't think that Chekoslovakia still exists (McCain thought and said so twice in the last weeks) and at least Sen Obama does not think that Iraq borders Afghanistan as stated by Sen McCain on the Today show this week.

For a man who is supposed to be so ready from day one to be Commander in Chief, I guess we had better send Sen McCain back to school to learn what countries exist today and where they are located.

After all, we wouldn't want McCain to send our troops to the wrong place or to start a war with an enemy that does not exist! (Pun intended)

Did it ever occur to you that Muslims who have not just visited, but moved their entire families to Western countries, should think enough of the cultures to which they have moved to make the least attempt to fit in?
