Dems Call for Open Homosexual Conduct in the Armed Forces
Never let it be said that the Democrats don't have a vision for the future of America's military. The first step they would take is to surrender to al Qaeda and Iranian-backed terrorists in Iraq. The second: impose open homosexual depravity on military culture.
Appallingly, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) attempts to equate the military's refusal to endorse homosexual conduct with long ago discrimination against blacks. His overblown rhetoric is shameless in the extreme:
People were asked to go and serve in harm's way. They served courageously and many lost their lives. They came home to a country which said, "You can't go to this restaurant, you have got to go to the end of the line, or you can't participate in many of our activities notwithstanding what you did." They were not treated with dignity or respect. That's wrong.
By the same logic, we could be asked to weep for child molesters who are "not treated with dignity or respect."
Homosexuals are of course perfectly welcome to serve in the military. They just aren't allowed to make a public pageant of their depravity, as this would rot away the morale that is any fighting force's prime asset. Nor are they allowed to proclaim themselves homosexual-Americans and use identity politics to secure promotions. Obama, as the country's most conspicuous beneficiary of Affirmative Action, naturally wants to change this.

The military is not a club, it has always been functioning at it's highest with straight alpha males in charge and bringing up the ranks. I will never disrespect the women who have gone into service, because I know they just don't understand. They have the heart, but men will never look at them physically as equals, not even if affrimative action carries on for 300 years, women are still physically inferior to the average man. And you HAVE to be able to count on, 110%, that person next to you in your unit. You want to know they can and will carry your wounded body to safety.
And since men will always make up the overwhelming majority of the armed forces, yes their needs on this life and death issue MUST be taken into account. And they need women in the support roles and in the infirmary, not anywhere near the front lines. A good man, a truly honorable man, can't function as calmly if he sees a woman in danger or hurt compared to how he sees another man in the same peril. Men go to war to protect women and children, those are the symbols which drive a man to fight and put himself in harms way to serve his nation.
Straight men are still the 95% majority of males everywhere in the world, catering to the homosexuals is a shame in all ways. Men can't be worrying about whether their buddy watching their back might actually be watching their ass - at least the don't ask, don't tell kept it out of your mind. But if gays are openly walking around then the pride festivals and other special needs are sure to come around shortly. I think homosexuality is a mental illness, but I don't hate homosexuals, I'm just tired of their depravity being paraded in front of my children, and myself. I've never seen a proud act at any Pride parade, it's all self-debasement and porn on display.

Good call on the butt-watching, Shelden. It certainly can't be good for morale if you're worrying about Private Putz copping a feel when he throws himself on you 'To protect you from shrapnel'. Or joining you in the shower. Or checking out the beards on those dreamy Al Qaeda snipers...

As to alphas - wasn't there a homo alpha on Flight 93? Yes. There was.
